“The team at Appliance Central were excellent to deal with. I had ordered an incorrect product which they realised on their and rectified for me. Delivery was quick and efficient and the product was in excellent order at a price far superior to the large retail appliance outlets. Overall I highly recommend this business!”

“Prices are fantastic but what they offer in price they lack in customer service quality. When something went wrong there was no ownership, follow up or empowerment to manage a situation at the first point of contact. Time wasted consistently chasing up for an update. Rudest lady I’ve ever dealt with answering their phones and happy to share that it’s everyone else’s fault when asked why she hadn’t got back to me on more than two occasions across two different days. Came up with my own solution day 3, of chasing it up as was deflated and exhausted from the whole experience, and sorted by another consultant in less than 10 minutes once I’d made the suggestion. Not worth the discount.”

“Would give 4.5 if I could. Great service, loved how quickly they removed my old washing machine with the new one. Only small problem was that they left quite a mess when they left.”
