“No issues with the product. It was sent very quickly as always. So thanks for that. But the courier company used did not even try to deliver the product. I received a message saying they “missed me” when I was home all day. Product was taken to a news agency where I had to go and pick it up.”

“Bought and paid for an item the website said was in stock. They claimed it was shipped next day, but 7 days later it still hadn't been sent. Called three different times and got the run around. Asked to cancel the order after 7 days without the item being sent because it wouldn't arrive in time for Mother's Day, they agreed to cancel, but still haven't refunded me 3 days later.”
