“I have been unable to use my dryer as there was NO venting tube sent with it which seems silly as it is a vented dryer. I have had to purchase it elsewhere.”

“I recently bought a gas heater from the Appliance Centre for $278 cheaper than other big name retailers the delivery was very fast and the heat exceeded my expectations I couldn’t believe how fast it heats up the area and being thermostatically controlled switches off when the set temperature is reached to save money. If you are looking for a gas heater I can recommend this one 100%”

“Extremely happy with my experience of Appliance Central. After falling in love (not an exaggeration!) with a vacuum cleaner in a major retail store here in Brisbane, I enquired about their price matching policy. They refused to price match with Appliance Central, which at that time was coming in at over $100 less than the price in store, because they claimed I could only pick up in person for that price. I left the store and called Appliance Central, and spoke with a really lovely guy who advised it could be shipped from NSW TO QLD, and after putting me on hold for a couple of minutes told me to check back and purchase online. It had been fixed immediately, and the shipping costs were free, which I hadn’t expected but was a lovely bonus. I am so, so happy I didn’t go through the retail giant and instead supported this business. It was delivered ahead of schedule within 3 days, and the product is faultless (the item I’d seen in the retail store had damaged packaging, and still wanted to charge more than Appliance Central!) Smug face mode on, and I have a beautiful appliance that I’m very proud of, and with an interesting backstory to boot! Thank you so much, will use again :)”
