“Very happy with my Hisense 75” Qled Tv purchased through Appliance Central. Price was the lowest I could find and they offered free delivery. Arrived on the day I requested and even let you know what time was arriving. Highly recommend AC.”

“I love my new washer/dryer combo tower! I shopped around and found Appliance Central had the best price. I really appreciated being able to pick a preferred day and the free of charge option to have my old washer removed and the new one set up. The guy and girl who delivered it were incredibly polite and super friendly, they did a great job hooking it up and gave me some starter information regarding the machine. No complaints at all, price, service and delivery were all 5 star! Will be returning to Appliance Central in the future.”

“This is the worst online company I have had to deal with. Do not buy from them. They have zero customer service. They did not tell me at the beginning that they don't deliver to a post office box. After a week of not receiving anything I emailed them to ask where my item was and only then did they tell me they don't deliver to a PO Box. If I hadn't emailed them I would still be waiting. My house is under renovations and I asked if they could ring me when they arrived so I could come out and get it. They couldn't do that. They suggested I get the item delivered after the renovations were completed. They were going to take 6mths. I advised them I was a shift worker and could they deliver the item before 12md when I went sleep. They could not do anything to help me and just sent the item to me anyway. The delivery company sent me a text saying they would send me a text on the day of delivery. I rang the delivery company asking them to ring me when they arrived and they said they would. I didn't get the text or a phone call and they left the item at my rear door in the rain. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.”

“Very bad delivery experience followed by me asking for Appliance Centrals help, they did nothing. I lost a $76 deposit to trades for TV wall installation and both Appliance Central and Allied Express have not responded to my messages.”

“Promised call back never occurred. Delivery said to be tried twice but driver observed to just drop cards without trying to deliver.no accountability from either delivery company nor appliance central. Appliance central phone support did not do what it undertook to do. Couldn’t be more enraged by the pretending to help but really just doing whatever it takes to just get the customer off the line and avoid accountability”

“Ordered a fridge & a washing machine back in November to be delivered in Jan, the fridge got delayed by 2 additional weeks, had to call twice and ask why the delay was. Common courtesy would be to give me a call and update, but I guess they just forgot to do that. Delivery staff was friendly & professional, advised me how to use the appliances. Overall I’d give 3/5, nothing more, nothing less.”

“Being in my late 70's, I use the net with a lack of trust, as there are many stories of being taken for a ride, as a result of trust in the net, websites, and also, the business is in Sydney, and I live on the NSW Central Coast. Delivery was also free. Because we had a specific requirement in a particular product, I used the net and found Appliance Central. Established where they were based, and confirmed a site address, etc. Then spoke on the phone to a lady in that business. I ordered and paid for the product, then was given a particular we day for delivery. What surprised me, was the incoming communication, particularly on the dilivery day. In the text msg from the delivery fellas, there was a GPS tracking app. I could see the truck coming from a few kilometres away. From the time the delivery truck stopped, product off, wheeled in, to truck departure, about 2 minutes time lapse. I was impressed at this customer experience. (I live on a quiet suburban street where parking is easy). I definitely recommendand and will use Appliance Central again. Thankyou Apllianxe Central. An efficient set up. P. S. I checked the packaging, it appeared undamaged, not opened yet as the electrician doesn't come to Mid February.”
