“Ordered a Hisense 40"Smart TV on 30th Jan 2025, item was on back order with advice that order would be filled between 7-14 business days. Contacted Appliance Central after 14 days, response that still on back order, contacted Appliance Central weekly with same response even though Hisense had stock within 3 weeks of my order. Received the item on 21st March.Once despatched item arrived quickly and item works satisfactorily.”

“Price, good. AC phone manner, average. We needed a new frig ASAP, and AC was able to deliver quickly and on time. I would have liked the product to have been unpacked in the kitchen area to avoid any floor damage but the delivery team were not very receptive. My only concern was 2 barely perceptable dents on the front door that occasionally catches my eye in the right light but the unit (Electrolux) is performing well and it is not worth pursuing the issue.”

“I ordered our fridge online which was on back order on a Saturday night. By Tuesday I recieved an email asking when I'd like it delivered. The staff who delivered the fridge helped move the old one for me and put the new into place so I could unwrap it myself. Great communication and efficient. Very happy.”
