“Appliance Central is great, unfortunately the courier company they use, Aramex is not so good. Their customer service is hopeless, they never reply to the online chat, request for redelivery on a specific date doesn't work. Fortunately the local delivery driver took it upon himself to call me. One and a half weeks later I received my parcel. Fast Way became Aramex but will always remain Slow Way!”

“Competitive price. Service centre were contactable within a reasonable time & answered my questions with good customer service. Tracking system of goods purchased was adequate. The only downside was the length of time for one of the items to arrive in Australia I would purchase from this Company again”

“Appliance Central had the lowest price for the product I was after - in amongst the New Year's sales - which was pretty increadible. They item was delivered quickly and the delivery process itself was perfect. We were advised of the deliver time slot and were advised when they were within half an hour of arriving. Great service.”

“Great price on appliance (Westinghouse fridge). Shopped around the major electrical stores and Appliance Central was the best price and delivery was included. They also take away the old fridge and most of the packaging. Delivery team was on time, professional and friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending Appliance Central and we'll definately be using them again soon as we look to replace our upright freezer unit for a more energy efficient model.”
