“The delivery guys were in such a hurry that they didn't install the noise barrier bottom plate that sits under the machine I was also disappointed that the packaging was not removed and it was not mentioned on the order page”

“After I cancelled my order from a different company because they could no longer deliver on the agreed day, I ended up buying the same Samsung fridge from Appliance Central. The fridge arrived after 3 days, it was cheaper than the one I ordered from the other company, and they also delivered the new fridge and disposed of the old fridge for free. Plus, their delivery estimate time was pretty precise, that there was no needless waiting for the fridge to arrive. So happy with their service and I will definitely order from Appliance Central again.”

“We have now used Appliance Central twice and in both cases they exceeded our expectations. The price was very reasonable, delivery was super quick and the washing machine’s installation was very smooth and friendly - and the old one taken away - and no mess was left behind. We would highly recommend, on our experience.”

“Appliance Central could not care less once a sale is processed. I never received my TV after 10 days of trying to get someone to help find it or deliver it. I cancelled the order. At no point did anyone even apologise for the inconvenience or my horrible experience. No refund yet either, or any indication of when that might occur. Don't touch them with a 10 foot pole.”

“Great prices and service delivery was on time and freindly drivers. ONLY I WAS OFFERED EXSTENDED WARRENTY FOR $109 BUT THIS WAS OFFERED BY CHIQ APPLIANCES WHEN REGESTER OF WARRENTY as well at no cost A LITTLE SNEEKY. I could not find a better price any where instore or online will buy from here again THANKS.”

“Thank you Appliance Central After ordering an oven from “Bad Guys “ and paying for it, giving dimensions of oven to kitchen cabinet manufacturer was then told 2 1/2 months later they couldn’t deliver it until mid march if at all blaming the manufacturer . Then we tried “bung lee” again pay for particular oven week later told its not available. At this point kitchen cabinets have been delivered . Appliance central to the rescue . Very helpful sales staff went into warehouse to check stock gave us the ok purchased oven online cheaper than the other 2 ,delivered a couple of days later smooth as silk . Can’t recommend these guys highly enough THANKS AGAIN Appliance Central”

“I purchased an Electrolux vacuum which is faulty and I would like it replaced. All I'm getting is the run around between Appliance Central and Electrolux. Very poor customer service.”
