“After confirm order and waited 3 days, nothing happened. Email them and was told out of stock and only available after 3 weeks. Happy to receive it after 1week as don't have fridge at home. Delivery company is efficent . They don't muck around”

“The communication was quite fast and efficient. However, delivery was the reason I took one star off. My messages were not relayed properly and the workmen showed up in a different spot. Also, they did not take away the boxes.”

“I had ordered LG washing machine on 30-Dec and they delivered the product the next day itself. The delivery was easily trackable, though the time mentioned on the app was not kept (delayed by considerable time, think it was due to the holiday season). The delivery was smooth although no installation was done, even though while booking I had opted for Delivery, Install and Removal of old appliance. Since the installation was easy after going over LG website wasn't a deal breaker. Happy to return for my next shopping.”
