“Best price and prompt service. I would have given 5 stars except for the 10-hour window of delivery. Perhaps if they narrowed it down to 4 hours, people can plan their day, otherwise all good.”

“I had bought 2 items from LG. The dolby atmos sound bar exceeded my expectations. The online order process was seamless. Delivery was quick as well. However with the 2nd item I had ordered, i am not satisfied with the product. I had requested to return the product by filling the online form on 15 April 2022. I have not heard anything yet about the return process.”

“The item was delivered on time and in good condition. The item was easily tracked during the delivery process. The only concern I had is that there should be some sort of acknowledgment or confirmation of extended warranty when this is purchased.”

“Love the slim look of the TV but initially it had problems with playing my foxtel via home theatre thru it. The TV kept turning itself off. Samsung can only be ctcd via chat so it took me a week to sort the problem out as they kept asking for my to run certain checks, check with foxtel etc. Now sorted and running as expected. Just a pity you can't speak to someone in Samsung technical. But Appliance Central were great, ordered one day and delivered the next!”
