“The delivery person was not friendly at all. She didn’t want to take the item to the top floor. After arguing then she helped me to bring it upstairs.”

“Love the slim look of the TV but initially it had problems with playing my foxtel via home theatre thru it. The TV kept turning itself off. Samsung can only be ctcd via chat so it took me a week to sort the problem out as they kept asking for my to run certain checks, check with foxtel etc. Now sorted and running as expected. Just a pity you can't speak to someone in Samsung technical. But Appliance Central were great, ordered one day and delivered the next!”

“Tv was great and didn't have wait long to receive it. The delivery driver was going to leave it on my lawn cause he said he couldn't lift it up my two stairs. I told him he couldn't leave it there so he did lift it onto my deck, I then moved it inside . The only other issue I have is I dont have any reciept for the tv so how do I go about proof of purchase”
