“I purchased an expensive appliance so I can as happy to find it at a great price. Took off one star as the delivery guy was reluctant to help with a lift although nice enough to do so in the end.”

“I have used Appliance Central before and I can attest that the prices they have is one of the cheapest. Recently we bought another TV but the delivery did not go as smooth as it did before. Delivery was for Saturday and we waited. Got a call that it was going to be delivered between 3:30 - 4:00 pm. We waited but they did not come. I tried to call but no answer. Then we got a message that delivery was next day. It was delivered the next day but should have been handled better. No big deal.”

“Prompt and efficient service, with 4-star communication from start to finish; sometimes the emails were hard to follow as they came from various sources (appliance central/aramex) and the connection to the purchased goods was not always apparent. Also, I do not believe I was asked whether to give authority to leave goods. Fortunately I was home and got the parcel shortly after it was delivered; it could easily have gone missing at my house since there is no-where to leave out-of-sight. But otherwise, this was a good experience.”

“Good service. Was able to track my delivery. Packaging of TV was perfect and perfect hand-off done by the delivery guy. I could have given 5 stars but took 1 off due to the rude tone of call centre representatives.”

“Super fast and efficient delivery, it was going really great.. until the delivery guy ruined the day saying that he couldn't install it, as the old taps were stuck and I needed a plumber. I rushed to book a plumber.. In the evening my son dropped in and unscrewed the old taps by hand and installed the machine in 5 minutes. The plumber booking was cancelled..”
