I recently purchased a tcl soundbar from appliance central. They offer best prices and on time delivery. Cutting 1 star as the delivery guy left the package at wrong address on the other end of our lane in the open and didn't bother to ring a bell or call us even though we were at home. The neighbours informed us in the evening about the same. It could have gone wrong easily.

Able to track delivery in real time was great. But not taking packaging away after the installation was very disappointing..

The purchase was smooth. The dispatch team was communcative. Flexible delivery service. Delivery driver kept on upating their delivery time. Smooth delivery and installation.

Was happy with this purchase (ordered by Anna Kelly but bought by and delivered to Norma Scott 719/30 Lantana Ave Narrabeen). However I was disappointed a few days later to find that all the packing material had been dumped nearby and not removed with the old washing machine. I don't know whether the original delivery team were responsible for this or the team who came a few days later to remove the old machine.

overall happy with the service including price and speed of delivery including communication of when delivery would be arriving. I was told that i would expect delivery between 12pm -6pm and i would have a call or notification 1-2 hours prior to arrival by the courier. I got home at 12.10pm to find my tv sitting on the front porch left unattended and not signed for with no alert or notification. not good when dealing with high value items and disappointing when you are told something would be happening one way and it happens another. Imagine i had waited for that call or notification and stayed out another few hours.

Everything was ok except removal service of old washing machine. The delivery team said there was no space in the truck so they would pick up next day, but they never came back and never called us. The old washing machine is still on the kerbside of my house.

Love the customer service. I got calls from Customer Service Team promptly to inform us of the purchase and delivery expectations. The delivery team was also excellent. They texted me as well as give me a call 10 mins before arrival. Only criticism is the refusal to take the boxes away. I am left with rubbish to get rid off. Would be fantastic if the boxes gets taken too along with my old machine

Arrived on the correct day. Product in good working condition. All good. I've bought the same model before and the quality is ok. It is a basic hotplate that does the job. Reasonably priced.

Friendly delivery staff, but the delivery service should extend to unpacking and removal of packing materials. My last whitegoods purchase was a fridge. They delivered and unpacked the fridge, and then removed the packing materials. Please also review your removal of old whitegoods policy. A disconnected freestanding stove is no different from a fridge. There is no discernible logic behind free removal of the old fridge but I had to pay extra for the removal of the old freestanding stove which has been disconnected.

At first I was very pleased with fast delivery,but the washing machine would not function. So Samsung sent a technician. The washing machine is working. The Driver's that delivered it were fantastic and very professional

Order and delivery were easy and prompt. However the so-called "installation and removal" was lacking. The old machines were removed, but all the boxing and packaging were not taken. This seems odd for an "installation and removal" service. The installers managed to loosen all the plastic plumbing when connecting the washer drain to the laundry sink drain pipes. This flooded the laundry floor on first use. I believe I have rectified the leaks by tightening all the plastic drain fittings, including the newly installed drain host and camp for the new washer. Obviously the plumbing was never tested by the installers for leeks. It can only be the installer's work that loosened the fittings as we have had no problem with leaks before the removal of the old machine by your staff. Sincerely, Mark.

Good the delivery arrived and pleasant person, the App didn’t work to show how far away or when delivery for within the state, only Vic arrival date. Txt came but I couldn’t drop all day commitments to wait. Approximate time in the txt would have helped. This was a point of stress in the traffic to get home.
