“Fridge is great not so impressed by lack of communication on delivery time l waited all day for it to arrive at 5-59pm l get a txt msg to say it was coming the next day instead a phone call to let me know it wasn't going to be delivered when they said wouldve been much appreciated but sadly no phone call came to let me know”

“Courier was suppose to text when they were going to deliver. This did not happen. Then arranged another day. They then delivered a day earlier than arranged. Great tv though and great price.”

“Web site is not very user friendly, delivery guys pretty unhelpful, delivery to Canberra infrequent but price is the best and they do remove the old appliances. I woudl use them again but not 5 star service. Our service expectations have risen a lot these last 10 years or so.”

“TV requires you to register with Samsung to access apps etc. Not required with our other TVs. The Channel 9 app doesn’t work, even after uninstalling, installing etc.”

“Punctual, good communication. Quick set up and they took our old washing machine away, the hoses were a bit loose so was leaking when I started the load but husband were able to tighten them.”

“Easy purchase process and highly satisfied with our new Samsung TV. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was using Allied Express as the courier company. Absolutely awful to deal with - zero customer service or communication for order delivery. Would buy more products but don’t want to have to deal with this courier company if that’s the company of choice.”

“The order process is quick and efficient. The package was well wrapped and I was very happy. Just the delivery process was a bit of worry. Didn't know it would be coming with the aramex which its communication is very poor. Didn't arrive on the expected day when I was at home all day. Came when I was at work although usually they can't have access in the apartment. this time I was lucky I guess ;)”
