No issue with Appliance Central, but their courier Aramex (Fastway) is very slow, more than one week delay in delivering, and without any notice. This is not first time, i ordered a few other things which delivered by Aramex (Fastway) always have issues, slower than Australia Post normal delivery, I will not buy if i knew it will be delivered by Aramex (Fastway)

Haven't received it yet? order was shipped April 6. I have contacted Aramex and heard nothing. Someone please contact me and let me know where my vacuum is.

It's been over 7 days and my order has not been despatched, despite stating 1-2 days at the time of ordering. No notification was received about the delay, I had to email Appliance Central to ask what the hold up was. Appliance Central can't specify date of delivery and can't deliver to local post office and will likely just leave my brand new tv dumped outside my door for any passer by to steal.

This company failed to deiver the fridge on time,when it saying 10mn.away this what happened to all my food,and how much i spent to replaced them.They have done anything about extremely upset and very disappointed its not worth any ratings at All.I regret so deeply

This order was placed on the 25th April and we were advised delivery would be 2-3 days. On the 2nd May we sent an email and was told that you received the goods but they were faulty and had to be returned. We contacted you again after 3 days and was advised delivery would be another week. This was unacceptable so we cancelled the order and paid extra for the Chef stove. Not happy with your company as it took 10 days to get our order which we were advised would take only 2-3 days. Do not be surprised at this poor review.....

Terrible customer service, never responded, had to chase up, then bad attitude and terrible returns policy. Would not recommend purchasing here.

Terrible service! The Washing Machine was delivered damaged and taken back by the courier. They refused to send a replacement or refund for over a week. Offered no assistance or reassurance over that period.

I'm not happy with the delivery didn't match the following when I ordered: WIM1200WD Westinghouse 124 L Bar Fridge - Install options: Delivery, Install and Remove old appliance- FREE As the item was just left at my front door without any services.

We received our fridge damaged and then the delivery guys also punched a hole in our wall (of a new house) bringing it inside. They didn't even seem to care and told us it's not a problem and "contact the office". It has been over 6 weeks since purchase and I still have a damaged door awaiting replacement. I also agreed to a "damage allowance" for the wall (which will barely cover the repair let alone the inconvenience), however I am yet to see this compensation! Extremely poor service and strongly suggest purchasing elsewhere.

I received broken screen lg tv. When I complain straight away they just delaying. I did ordered on 10th of April and still having broken tv with me. Delay in respond, customer service 0 not responding my emails phone calls on time. Still I m hoping to refund my amount or get a fresh item. I hope they will sort out my matter on Tuesday as they said.

When appliance central delivered my washing machine, the drivers didn't know they were meant to install the washing machine, then when they checked, they realised they had to install the machine and they appear to be in a hurry and roughly treated the washing machine when taking it into the laundry. They complained as to how the machine had to be connected therough the cabinet under the sink. They then connected the drain hose so it would flow inside the cupboard without connecing it to the drain line, and didn't test if the machine is correctly fitted before leaving, even though I had asked them to test the machine is connected correctly. After they left, I tested the machine myself on cold wash for 30 seconds only to find out that hot water was going through the machine. I called Appliance Central and asked them if their installers are meant to test the machines before they leave and they confirmed that they are not required to test the machines. When I complained to them about the installers connecting the cold and hot and water pipes to the wrong taps which would damage the machine, they told me to email them my complaint and in one or 2 business days (it is Friday today), the installers can come back to fix their installation. I ended up fixing the installation myself. Ill never buy from Appliance Central again.

Ordered my mop a week ago, website said it will be dispatched within 1 to days have and ring serveral times to see what is going on,keep being told it needs to be ordered and will take two weeks,very dissapointed.
