Not very happy with the services provided. I ordered a LG microwave and was sent a tracking no. Immediately.. for 3 days there was no update and I called them and was told this was out of stock and the last item in the warehouse was damaged and then they have re order it and will take 2 weeks. Or I get a new model, I paid the difference and was told it will be delivered by Monday or Tuesday. Nothing till now Thursday 7th July. When I bought my fridge last year, I had the same response, last item was damaged was re ordered.. but somehow they got it from a different store and sent it. I am not very happy with this as I needed a microwave urgently..I could have gone into binglee and asked them to price match and picked it up myself, but chose to get it delivery because of my busy schedule. I will have 2nd thoughts of going back to them again.

Good price, they messed up the time of delivery date and products, then their was a significant dent in the product and I alerted the company via email about this fact but they did not respond.

Bought a TV 7 days back and price was reduced by 60 dollars right after next day. Requested price match and following up with help desk everyday but, hardly got any response on it. Return policy and price matching process seems to be very painful with Appliance Central. I recommend this portal If you don't have any plan to return the product in any way

If I could give 0 stars I would! Im still waiting for a TV ordered 2 weeks ago! They use an incompetent freight company in Allied Express - the worst period. DO NOT USE. I am in SA the product ended up in WA from NSW!!! Supposedly Human Error! And supposedly redirected to me but still waiting!! What a joke. Have asked for a full refund but they dont reply just dont care. I would NOT recommend using this mob ever, go elsewhere. I learnt the hard way. Terrible after sales service. Just take your money and dont care.

Service was ok however, on day of delivery the delivery people bought my fridge up didn’t unpack all the taping and packing in fridge. Also, when I had to later leave my unit I noticed they had left the box my fridge came in at the bins at the unit. Didn’t break them down just literally dumped the box! And DIDN’T say a bloody word! So they didn’t install the fridge either. So disgusted with them

I ordered a WW7500D Sunbeam Professional Wok 10 days ago. - WARRANTY: Manufacturer's Warranty The money has come out of my account but no wok has been dispatched. Then today I received a voice message on my phone saying that the wok I have ordered is superseded by a new model and I would have to pay $20.00 extra to get it. I have not called back as yet as I am VERY UPSET and disapointed As far as I am concerned, Appliance Central should send me the new model at no extra cost as Iong as it is at least equal to the one I ordered. Don't advertise what you can't supply OR let me know BEFORE you take the money out of my bank account. K. Cossor-Schubring

delivery guys damaged the new fridge on the out side and inside. they were very rushed to deliver and go, they wouldn't take the cardboard box or foam with them. not very polite. I've called the customer service phone center to put a complaint through but was told to email. Still haven't heard back from them

arrive dead on arrival, couldn't call appliance central as received a beep - tried again with beep again, tried on a different date and routed to Samsung support instead. Support is attrocious for appliance central but the price was OK. shame it was DOA and I have to drive to the other side of town to have it repaired.

I was very disappointed that my delivery instructions were not followed. The TV I purchased was left in full view by the front door and could have been stolen, rather than in the garage as I had requested. Won't be purchasing again.

I doubt you will publish this review…. I contacted Appliances central to cancel the order via email before the item shipped. No response to email. I contacted them the next day via phone and they told me that they couldn’t cancel as it had shipped (despite not receiving any form of shipping notification). Asked whether I could return item at my own expense (after it arrived and in an unused condition). Was advised that it would incur a 20% restock fee, even if it was brought back to the store unopened…. Don’t waste your time with a company like this when most others allow you to return or cancel an order without incurring a charge.

You promise delivery within two days but unable to deliver your promise after one week. I made payment last Wednesday and today again its Wednesday.

I ordered a gas heater on the 22nd May and it is now the 7th June still no delivery. The delivery company Aramex has said they can’t locate it. Yet appliance central say they can locate it and when I call one they direct me to the other. I have requested a refund and this is also not being actioned in a timely fashion. If I had my time over I would go elsewhere

Item has a fault. Contacted Appliance Central 3 weeks ago, NO REPLY. Submitted claim through PAYPAL. Disappointing service!
