“I purchased Samsung frame tv 85 inch at $3850, second day the price dropped to $3760, I sent email to appliance central, if I can get the price adjustment. No one reply me…so disappointed.”

“I am very unhappy with the company you have chosen to deliver my goods. They received my TV from you at 1:37pm on 24th Aug. They have had my TV sitting in their depot for 7 days. I rang them yesterday 30/10 to ask when they would be sending it on to me, and was told maybe tomorrow or the next day. I am not at all happy with this. Caroline Magee”

“Your delivery company left the clearly labeled tv on my doorstep for anyone to steal in an apartment block in full view of other residents and didn’t even ring the doorbell!!! Lucky I thought I heard someone outside and went out to have a look - and saw it was left there - I was livid! You need to change companies, so incredibly irresponsible!!!”

“Well I haven't received my purchased item as yet . I was informed by your delivery company that they attempted to deliver the item to the delivery address at 5.50 a.m. but it was closed and the item was returned to the depot. The delivery address was my PO Box based in an Australia Post office which wouldn't have been open at that time . I heard nothing further and submitted an enquiry with your delivery company with the reply being that they don't deliver to PO Boxes . If that is the case then this should have been disclosed at the time of ordering the item .”

“7 days on since order and payment… and my 3 items have not been despatched - no email received with any update or tracking info. Postage of $119 for the items? Seriously?.. it would’ve been cheaper and easier to go to my local BigW, Bing Lee, Good Guys, etc.. Sorry guys.. you’ve lost me.. first and last time… and where are my items?”

“I called and emailed twice about my order as i accidentally bought slow cooker when needed rice cooker. I have not used it only opened to look and called you to ask to return and they told me i can't for some unfair reason”
