Would give zero if I could. Despite good price appalling delivery and communication. Booked for delivery 2 days in a row with no communication or valid tracking info. Failed to deliver on both days. Hard to get accurate info from stores own call centre. Finally delivered on third attempt after waiting home all days for 3 days. Would not recommend. Go to other reputable retailers with confirmed delivery windows.

Absolutely terrible! The product arrived with one side hanging off ( see attached pictures). Subsequent communication with Appliance Central resulted in a request that I drive 40kms to the other side of Sydney to exchange the faulty product. My agreement on purchasing was that there was free delivery. Why should I now need to drive 40kms to correct a fault that is not of my doing. A replacement heater should be delivered and, at the same time, the faulty product picked up. A request to Appliance Central to do so has to date met with no response.

Great prices, fast delivery. Delivery service, however, was substandard with drivers not fulfilling installation or box removal.

I bought a washing machine with delivery and installation option. Due to poor administration and arrangement of Appliance Central, I have to install the it by my own. I will do buy from Appliance Central anymore.

Never buy any appliance from them!!!!! I ordered an over $1000 TV here, after purchased, they won’t reply your any questions by email even by calling, and they will charge 20% of the product when you want to get a return!!! VERY Disappointed with their customer service and VERY unhappy purchased experience!!!!! I love to shopping online for everything but NOT RECOMMENDED THEM AT ALL.

It's unfortunate I have to give them star when really they deserve none. Have been waiting and waiting for the delivery but the company they use doesn't know where the appliance is. Appliance Central didn't lose it but they use this company, therefore they are responsible for it. I would never buy from Appliance Central again unless I was picking up from them.

AS I wrote you before, my order was a 221 L fridge but what I received was 198 L fridge. All the labels on the fridge shows that the capacity is 198 L . I am going to lodge a complaint to NSW fair trade soon cos you are providing false information to attract more customers.

They said water hose & drainage hose too short & didn’t connect my washing machine, but that’s not true as my husband connected without any extensions!

l cancelled my order due to the product issues on last Saturday. I received confirmation email from your sales person that i will be refund my money in 3-4 days. But I have not seen my refund yet as today 5th day.How can I truth your company to buy anything from you in the future?

I have NOT enjoyed my TV for any minute since I got my TV. The service is very not prompt and not willing to deal with my case, very inefficient. In the end, I have to contact TCL by myself for all the issues.
