I can't believe you cancelled my order 149843. The reason just is can not find a suitable vehicle for delivery.

unhelpful when requiring a return due to wrong size being ordered, especially as it was quite obvious the box had already been opened when we received it, to be told we couldnt return it because we had opened it. Yes we should have paid more attention to the conditions, but it had not been instualled it had not been used, it had only been unpacked. Will not purchase from again.

How can I write a review on a product that the company did not deliver. They accepted my order gave me an o/n 149615, then a con note number IZ00331136370. After 7 days I contacted the company asking where was my order , only to be advised that they had no stock to send. Hence 1 star rating . I have cancelled the order and waiting for a credit. Peter

What a shame I have to give one star, I would prefer zero. The worst online company it has been my misfortune to deal with. Firstly, screwed me on the price. Secondly, took 14 days for delivery. Ordered on 28/11/22 and received on 12/12/22. The item purchased was a birthday present but arrived too late. I was forced to purchase the same item from another company as a replacement. Finally, total lack of communication despite numerous emails. Just plain rude. Suggest you avoid this company.

Ordered wrong size tv. Not opened. Told 20% re-stocking fee. Said I would bring back to outlet. Still a charge. TV Samsung frame 50 inch. Came without frame but not mentioned when ordering.

As an online store in this online era you should revise your return policy to be more flexible. When people buy online, this means they didn't actually see the product, the quality, the dimension and whether it is exactly what they are after or not, and just like any other online store you should be able to accept that in some cases people find out that the product is not what they wanted and accept return. I'm not saying that you should pay for the return but at least accept it. And this unopen box policy is ridicules, how would I know if this is what I wanted if I don't open the box? I would understand if you say, unused, undamaged package but unopen is too much. Now I have to keep something that I don't want and doesn't fit me. Thank you!

Sorry, CANT WRITE A REVIEW WHEN I HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE GOODS YET.AFTER A WEEK THE CARRIERS TRACKER DOESN'T SHOW MY ORDER REACHING THE SYDNEY TRANSPORT STORE. THE GOODS ARE STON THE VEHICLE THAT PICKED IT UP FROM YOUR STORE

I ordered the fridge on black friday, but I have been waiting for the delivery nearly a month. The customer service told me that they needed to wait for the shipment. I am disappointed because I hadn't been told I had to wait the delivery when I ordered the product.

Worst experience of my life. Never again dealing with such a useless company. Do not buy from Appliance Central. No delivery -and still no responses - still waiting over a month for delivery.

Try using a courier service that doesn't have less than a one star review rating (Couriers Please/Aramax), that ALWAYS has delays and poor tracking information. If I pay you $300 for a product, I expect better service, including a better choice of courier company! Where is my vacuum cleaner??????

There is a lower discount on the second day after the arrival of the TV. I bought it at $1420, and the current price is $1248.
