actually I already write two emails and made one call to ask for a price match as the price is down while I even haven't received it, and received no reply till now.

Sent a faulty fridge. Called them to replace but told us to send email. We sent many but never got any response back from them.

Can not give a review of the product when your delivery company has not delivered the item. From the tracking information it has not moved from the pick up point. Aramex has shocking reviews and I think it may arrive in a few weeks if not lost all together.

Tv was much smaller than expected so i called to exchange for a bigger tv, they said that there would be a 20% restocking fee* plenty of other online stores that exchange for free! Customer service was very unapologetic and said i should try selling it on marketplace or gumtree.

Appliance Central are using Aramex, who are completely useless. My parcel was picked up on the 12th December and still hasn’t made it to the depot at the dispatch end, god knows when or if I’ll ever see it, there is no indication of a delivery date and all they say is a generic “significant delays”. Shop local or at least with someone who ships via Australia Post or DHL (or anyone but Aramex).

The worse experience. Purchased a soundbar, opened the box to realise it was too big. Contacted the store to request a return/ exchange and return in its original packaging and I was told I cannot return as I opened the box, I was also told I couldn’t return even if paying a restocking fee. The worse customer service I have ever experienced and will never purchase from your store again and will be warning other people and making a complaint through the ombudsman.

I called them just a few seconds after I ordered the product online to ask to cancel my order, and they told me to send a cancelation email. I sent them the cancelation email just minutes after. Now after a week the product just got delivered to my home. They neither replied nor cancel my order. I called them to ask why didn't they refund me and was told if I need my refund I have to bring the product back to their store. But I can not take the product to their store. I haven't opened the product and will wait for them to come and take it back.

unhelpful when requiring a return due to wrong size being ordered, especially as it was quite obvious the box had already been opened when we received it, to be told we couldnt return it because we had opened it. Yes we should have paid more attention to the conditions, but it had not been instualled it had not been used, it had only been unpacked. Will not purchase from again.

How can I write a review on a product that the company did not deliver. They accepted my order gave me an o/n 149615, then a con note number IZ00331136370. After 7 days I contacted the company asking where was my order , only to be advised that they had no stock to send. Hence 1 star rating . I have cancelled the order and waiting for a credit. Peter

What a shame I have to give one star, I would prefer zero. The worst online company it has been my misfortune to deal with. Firstly, screwed me on the price. Secondly, took 14 days for delivery. Ordered on 28/11/22 and received on 12/12/22. The item purchased was a birthday present but arrived too late. I was forced to purchase the same item from another company as a replacement. Finally, total lack of communication despite numerous emails. Just plain rude. Suggest you avoid this company.

Ordered wrong size tv. Not opened. Told 20% re-stocking fee. Said I would bring back to outlet. Still a charge. TV Samsung frame 50 inch. Came without frame but not mentioned when ordering.

As an online store in this online era you should revise your return policy to be more flexible. When people buy online, this means they didn't actually see the product, the quality, the dimension and whether it is exactly what they are after or not, and just like any other online store you should be able to accept that in some cases people find out that the product is not what they wanted and accept return. I'm not saying that you should pay for the return but at least accept it. And this unopen box policy is ridicules, how would I know if this is what I wanted if I don't open the box? I would understand if you say, unused, undamaged package but unopen is too much. Now I have to keep something that I don't want and doesn't fit me. Thank you!
