“The delivery service and worse is the packing. The item came unwrapped as if I purchased off a shelf in a department store. Was damp, scuffed and zip to electric blanket open. Still waiting for sale service to contact me. Un-excusable. No pride for their product or customers.”

“I got a used/damaged product. I am chasing customer care for more than a week to get a refund/replacement. Highly frustrated and disappointed. Will never ever recommend Appliance central to my family and friends. And also I will post my experience in all possible places so that others won’t get cheated like me.”

“The delivery company they use is terrible. I paid $35 for delivery and it has not moved. Appliance central just refer you to the delivery company and the delivery company cannot be contacted by phone. Terrible. I will not use again.”

“Car was damaged when fridge was delivered. Delivery guy lost balance of trolley hitting my sons car causing panel damage. We have made contact with appliance central but yet to get a response. Will be claiming through their public liability insurance if they don’t contact me by Friday 27/02/23”

“Never went through with the purchase as their delivery contractor who was rude and abrupt was unable to deliver the goods in a more suitable time window. Was told it is what it is and they can’t help, we had to request a full refund. Won’t be purchasing from them again.”
