As soon as I open the box my tv remote is faulty and doesn't work. So I informed appliance Central and you referred to speak to Samsung Australia. After in touch with Samsung. I am still waiting for the replacement remote. Almost a month now. They can't do anything and they are out of stock. Such a horrible experience.

Price matched with lower price but to date still didn’t refund the price difference. Tv is faulty, keep restarts itself. I’m undergoing trouble shooting with TCL support now.

I have ordered and paid for the product. No communication from Appliance Central regarding my purchase. If there was a zero rating that would be more accurate.

I ordered a delonghi essence machine in plenty of time to be able to take on holidays, and after a couple of emails to you, I get informed they haven't got any in stock, I am bitterly disappointed, if you had the decency to let me know earlier I could of cancelled and got another elsewhere,

Still waiting for the product purchased on 13/04/2023. Whilst I was able to purchase a product that was out of stock, I have not received any update on when I will receive the product.

Bought the brand new Samsung fridge from appliance central. It was faulty. Called appliance central’s customer service but no positive response at all. Staff told me to follow it up with Samsung. After one week, end up with no fridge and still waiting for my refund from Samsung as fridge is not repairable. As per Samsung policy, it can take 15-20working days for refund. Appliances Central didn’t take any responsibility at all.

If I could have given a zero star rating I would have. I ordered an LG dryer from the website and was told that delivery would take 6 days, I waited 10 and had to call to ask about the status of the order. I was told that you didn't have stock and that the model was discontinued by LG. If you don't have the item to sell don't put it on your website and don't take peoples money and then offer them another more expensive item as a replacement. Horrible experience! Never again, I would rather pay more somewhere else and have piece of mind.

Appallingly terrible service. My purchase was 2 weeks ago and as yet I have not received my goods or an update as to expected eta despite my enquiry. Very disappointing. 😞

The guys damaged the fridge as they were putting it in and didn’t tell me. They also took paint off the wall as they where delivering the fridge. I requested at least a 20% discount for the damage (which is incredibly reasonable) and still haven’t heard back.

Order a new Samsang 85 inch TV for $6450. Payment was taken and delivery was confirmed for Tuesday. After no delivery, I called on Friday to be told product was no longer in stock and would not be delivered. The customer service person said I needed to fill out a form to get my money back. After protesting I was told credit would be issued, but still haven't seen the credit and now 10 days have past. Not a very pleasant experience at all.

After sales service pathetic? Product has small fault...2 phone calls later, they asked for product details by email... nearly a week now, no response. Called LG and technician coming next Monday 3 April. LG was very good.
