I got a used/damaged product. I am chasing customer care for more than a week to get a refund/replacement. Highly frustrated and disappointed. Will never ever recommend Appliance central to my family and friends. And also I will post my experience in all possible places so that others won’t get cheated like me.

The delivery company they use is terrible. I paid $35 for delivery and it has not moved. Appliance central just refer you to the delivery company and the delivery company cannot be contacted by phone. Terrible. I will not use again.

I am very unsatisfied. I ordered my appliance weeks ago and have not received my appliance nor have I had any contact regarding when it will arrive.

Car was damaged when fridge was delivered. Delivery guy lost balance of trolley hitting my sons car causing panel damage. We have made contact with appliance central but yet to get a response. Will be claiming through their public liability insurance if they don’t contact me by Friday 27/02/23

Never went through with the purchase as their delivery contractor who was rude and abrupt was unable to deliver the goods in a more suitable time window. Was told it is what it is and they can’t help, we had to request a full refund. Won’t be purchasing from them again.

Ordered from your company on Dec 27th 2022, (order reference 151243), was given a 1-2 weeks lead time. Understand that it was Christmas and New Year's break, and I accepted it. Rang up twice in January (last call to your CS on 9th January 2023), no change in the situation. I rang up on 17th January (a full three weeks after the order and you took my full payment through credit card) and was told: 1. There was no progress from Delonghi and the wait time is still one to two weeks; and that 2. if I'm so urgently wanting to get the unit I can get the other unit in stock or just get a refund. I asked if your company did any tracking with Delonghi and wasn't given any reply at all. I told the CS (Ben) that was not acceptable and that I demand that getting in touch with Delonghi for a more accurate day of availability. It was ignored I called up again and cancelled the order and placed the purchase elsewhere which I can pick up the unit within 48 hrs. The same unit of Delonghi DD230P. The service I received was so unsatisfactory that I would not consider anymore and I would NOT recommend to anyone buying from you unless for items you have stock.

I am still awaiting delivery of an item I ordered on 30 Dec 22. I have no advice as to its whereabouts. It was originally promised in 10/15 days, I accepted that the holidays came in between but I am finding this quite ridiculous and unless I get a firm shipping date for my order 151844, I shall be requesting my bank to deny this payment and I have my funds returned
