The delivery was atrocious, was supposed to be delivered on the 30 December I was given confirmation of this. When it didn’t come by the afternoon I called and was told that it was now going to come on the 31st. Good bye New Year’s Eve plans. I asked multiple time if it could come in the morning so I could keep my plans it finally arrived at like 5 that night. Then I had to convince the delivery people to bring it in. They said it’s too big and has to stay out the front. Finally they brought it in. I was told the fridge would be installed when I ordered. This definitely didn’t happen. Left the box and rubbish in the drive way. Definitely don’t bother buying from this place. Another lesion in you get what you pay for. The whole experience was terrible.

After we paid for this TV I saw it online at Powerland for $16 cheaper!!! Then a bad experience with Aramex who said it was coming yesterday. Stayed home all day but they never came. Delivery was today instead. Would not buy from Appliance Central again based on unreliable home delivery company Aramex they use.

Received my TV with cracked screen ( big ) , exciting when receiving then see the broken screen, can’t even have my dinner , do disappointed, contact Appliance Central , till now no response yet

TV unit was delivered next day but it was faulty unit. TCL was reported with video evidences same but they couldn’t find the solution however they advised to contact Appliance Central to get the replacement as my purchase is still in auto replacement period. Appliance Central was informed with Video evidence but they still wanna arrange TCL Inspection. This is pathetic after seeing evidence they still wanna arrange inspection.

I placed an order for a Samsung tv .. next day it dropped $400. I called and asked me to email , the sales / pricing section .. price policy .. after 3 emails . No response.. I will try again today ..

Sent a faulty fridge. Called them to replace but told us to send email. We sent many but never got any response back from them.

Can not give a review of the product when your delivery company has not delivered the item. From the tracking information it has not moved from the pick up point. Aramex has shocking reviews and I think it may arrive in a few weeks if not lost all together.

Tv was much smaller than expected so i called to exchange for a bigger tv, they said that there would be a 20% restocking fee* plenty of other online stores that exchange for free! Customer service was very unapologetic and said i should try selling it on marketplace or gumtree.

Appliance Central are using Aramex, who are completely useless. My parcel was picked up on the 12th December and still hasn’t made it to the depot at the dispatch end, god knows when or if I’ll ever see it, there is no indication of a delivery date and all they say is a generic “significant delays”. Shop local or at least with someone who ships via Australia Post or DHL (or anyone but Aramex).

The worse experience. Purchased a soundbar, opened the box to realise it was too big. Contacted the store to request a return/ exchange and return in its original packaging and I was told I cannot return as I opened the box, I was also told I couldn’t return even if paying a restocking fee. The worse customer service I have ever experienced and will never purchase from your store again and will be warning other people and making a complaint through the ombudsman.

I called them just a few seconds after I ordered the product online to ask to cancel my order, and they told me to send a cancelation email. I sent them the cancelation email just minutes after. Now after a week the product just got delivered to my home. They neither replied nor cancel my order. I called them to ask why didn't they refund me and was told if I need my refund I have to bring the product back to their store. But I can not take the product to their store. I haven't opened the product and will wait for them to come and take it back.
