“Sorry, CANT WRITE A REVIEW WHEN I HAVEN'T RECIEVED THE GOODS YET.AFTER A WEEK THE CARRIERS TRACKER DOESN'T SHOW MY ORDER REACHING THE SYDNEY TRANSPORT STORE. THE GOODS ARE STON THE VEHICLE THAT PICKED IT UP FROM YOUR STORE”

“I ordered the fridge on black friday, but I have been waiting for the delivery nearly a month. The customer service told me that they needed to wait for the shipment. I am disappointed because I hadn't been told I had to wait the delivery when I ordered the product.”

“Try using a courier service that doesn't have less than a one star review rating (Couriers Please/Aramax), that ALWAYS has delays and poor tracking information. If I pay you $300 for a product, I expect better service, including a better choice of courier company! Where is my vacuum cleaner??????”

“Ordered the product with a predicted delivery time of 2-5 days even though Appliance Central continue to use their courier who list delays on their website. Tracked it for a week and it appeared not to reach the first depot and now the tracking app lists it as being delayed with no idea of the location and no ETA. Have sent two emails to Appliance Central with no response”

“Your delivery driver not even eager to wait for 20 min regardless of my wife rushing home to meet the their early delivery time . No follow up on unsuccessful delivery afterwards . Poor shipment arrangement and follow up .”

“Poor service communication and delivery delays ended up with me cancelling the order and buying from someone else who has delivered on time. Waited for hours while i was "the next delivery" that just never showed up and the courier contact they provided never answers the phone calls back or responds to messages. Sorry but would not use this company again. Still waiting for my refund and my order cancellation was confirmed 4 days ago.”
