“Low price low quality service. Delivery drivers failed to install and remove old appliance as per sales contract. They just dumped the new fridge and ran as well as hanging up on my calls.”

“I ordered a washing machine that you could not source for me. I have twice asked for my refund. Today that has not been done. This is looking like bait advertising and if I do not get my refund asap i will be contacting the consumer watchdog.”

“Poor communication, notified then that the courier sms tracking had the wrong address (3rd delivery scheduled) was assured it was not an issue and would still be delivered to correct address, this was not the case and item did not show up on thursday 17th, didnt show up 18th aswell, multiple calls requesting call back for update did not happen, got a call from the warehouse saying couldn't locate item, item magically gets delivered on Monday. an update would have been good from customer service to prevent frustration. would not recommend”

“Product was heavily discounted the day after I purchased it. Inquired about the discounted price but didn’t get a response. Asked to cancel my order before I received it but was told I would have to pay a $260 cancellation fee.”

“Recent purchase of Hisense fridge but support from Appliance Central disappointing. Fridge came with wrong ice tray! Contacted support but no help! Supposed to get back to me but no response. I rate it 1 star service! Not happy! Would not recommend”

“I wouldn’t know as yet as I’m still waiting for my delivery. Although you dispatched it the next day after my order the company you use keep delaying the delivery date which is very disappointing as if I knew it would take up to 10 days to deliver I would come and pick it up from your shop.”

“My complaint is in regard to the delivery of my television . I realise you use a courier but I am very upset about how my 55 cm tv was left. I received an email to say it was on transit but no text or call to confirm a delivery window. I had to go out for a couple of hours and when I arrived home there was my new tv- standing up on my verandah to be seen by anyone walking or driving past. This is surely not an appropriate way to deliver an expensive item- no signature required, no taking it to post office if no one is home ( which is what the email had said). Very unhappy!”

“They did not deliver on promises. I called and spoke to a human before I ordered to ensure delivery on a certain date. I received a confirmation email that day and confirmation sms the next morning ensuring delivery between 8am and 4 pm. I called at 4 to ask what happening then was messed around for another 2 hours. The fridge arrived 2 days later.”
