“Absolutely terrible. I ordered a microwave more than a week ago, and it still hasn't arrived. When I called the customer service, they said they would look into it and get back to me, but haven't heard back. I fully Regret ordering from Appliances central.”

“Very bad communication within company and with customer. I was told on 3 different days my item will be delivered. 1st attempt they made a mistake advising that delivery will be made and didn’t bother advising that in fact it won’t be made. 2nd attempt the truck came, but they forgot to load the dryer. I was then told by the driver he will bring it in the morning the next day, but no delivery . When I contacted the company to see where it was they had no idea and promised a call back, which was never actually made. After 3 attempts still no dryer. 0 stars if I could choose.”

“Low price low quality service. Delivery drivers failed to install and remove old appliance as per sales contract. They just dumped the new fridge and ran as well as hanging up on my calls.”
