Although the price was competitive, the delivery of the appliance through Aramex courier is very poor. Aramex has not yet delivered my appliance although it was picked up nearly 10 days ago. Very poor delivery service.

It’s said 3-5 business days. Ordered on 26 Dec, till 4 Jan now. I see no sign of my 65” TV. When I ordered, there is no note saying the product is out of stock. Contact customer service but said need to wait for LG to check. So I have no idea what is the delay? You shouldn’t send me to review before you deliver my purchase.

Delivery and installation were offered, and that seemed great given there was no extra charge (although the price was somewhat higher than competitors, it was at least in stock). When I asked the delivery man what was wrong, the man was rude, telling me he was not qualified to take the doors off the fridge, that they don’t touch anything, they just deliver, that he was only a delivery driver. He was then abruptly and rudely ended the conversation and left my 80yr old mother with a fridge in her garage - not so as much as plugged in. I called the company, and was told that the installation service was not a service yet offered to ACT residents. Okay - but don’t go offering services you so t do. It was misleading and this service shouldn’t have appeared as an option unless I had entered an address in an area in which installation is carried out. It would have been completely okay had the service not been offered - I could have planned my day around the delivery. If you don’t have any issues lifting a fridge into your house, go for it. Just don’t go for it if you think they’ll deliver it into your house.

Not really happy that the microwave has a turntable. The reviews I read said it was an inverter and didn't have a turntable. Checks out that the model you sold is what I paid for, but it must not have been the model I searched for and read up on. 10 more years cleaning a turntable. Yippie

I am giving this review because of the product I ordered has not arrived. Do not attempt to blame the courier company, you appoint them so you should know that their poor unresponsive service is a reflection not only of them but Appliance Central as well. I would like to cancel my order with you.

We ordered a specific model and replied YES to receive it last thursday, then late wednesday afternoon, after my wife organised the day off,i received a phone call saying that the model we ordered was damaged and wasnt available for at least 2-3 weeks and would we like a different model. No actual offers of anything specific. Just a different model. We needed our dryer yesterday. And the one we ordered and paid for.

I received this notice from u last Tuesday 7/12, to date I have not received my order of the SoundBar. Wrote to Allied Express but no reply: Hello, Allied Express have now received your items into our main depot for delivery. Items may need to travel through our branches before delivery, so please allow 1-2 days for this. Drivers will scan out of the depot when items are on their way to you (and we will SMS again at that stage), so please wait for this next notification.
