Not really happy that the microwave has a turntable. The reviews I read said it was an inverter and didn't have a turntable. Checks out that the model you sold is what I paid for, but it must not have been the model I searched for and read up on. 10 more years cleaning a turntable. Yippie

I am giving this review because of the product I ordered has not arrived. Do not attempt to blame the courier company, you appoint them so you should know that their poor unresponsive service is a reflection not only of them but Appliance Central as well. I would like to cancel my order with you.

We ordered a specific model and replied YES to receive it last thursday, then late wednesday afternoon, after my wife organised the day off,i received a phone call saying that the model we ordered was damaged and wasnt available for at least 2-3 weeks and would we like a different model. No actual offers of anything specific. Just a different model. We needed our dryer yesterday. And the one we ordered and paid for.

I received this notice from u last Tuesday 7/12, to date I have not received my order of the SoundBar. Wrote to Allied Express but no reply: Hello, Allied Express have now received your items into our main depot for delivery. Items may need to travel through our branches before delivery, so please allow 1-2 days for this. Drivers will scan out of the depot when items are on their way to you (and we will SMS again at that stage), so please wait for this next notification.

I was supposed to receive delivery in the morning, waited till noon and got told to call the courier, found the missing delivery truck that decided to change their delivery schedule without telling anyone, when it arrived I only received half my order and no other correspondence. Have attempted to contact customer service three times to try and cancel and ask for a refund for the tv that apparently had not been ordered yet for dispatch, and then was damaged in transit? I'm still yet to hear anything back about this.

Took a day off work as my washing machine was going to be delivered only to be told that it had been damaged when it was getting ready for dispatch and that the ‘ETA’ was two weeks. That was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything since. Quite frustrating as my washing machine broke so was counting on a quick delivery. If I had known there was only one in stock I would have purchased from elsewhere

I ordered a vacuum cleaner and still awaiting delivery. At no time when I was making the purchase did I realise how long delivery would take. Once the item status was changed to shipped the tracking now shows "out of area delivery". I don't understand why as my address is in the Sydney metropolitan area. Who knows how long I have to wait. I really need the vacuum as I am trying to sell my house and need to keep it ready for inspections. Still waiting for delivery.

Very unhappy. I phoned this order through and was assured that you could order this from the supplier then informed me a week later that it has been discontinued so I couldn’t get it and I also then missed out on ordering something else in the Black Friday sales. Not impressed at all.

TV arrived completely smashed. Out of stock so no replacement possible and have to go thru sending it back. Nothing offered besides refund as far as I know. Wouldn’t use again currently

I was told my order would take 5-7 days and they would contact me if there was a delay. I ended up having to call them and was told they had no idea when it would be in stock, at least another month! Poor communication and customer service

Updated. It's been a month and the item is still with the courier Aramex. No reply to email or message. Worst courier ever. Please don't use the courier which is not trustworthy. This will ruin your customer service quality.

I have ordered a TV - LG OLED C1 65inches. It cames in quick, but it does not work nor turn on, and edge of screen is not even, look like a vented - between the screen protector and TV monitor has some bobble too. I have made several emails for compliant and report etc, in order to find solution since this is unbelievable situation that I have to contact so much times, but no response or follower up customer care, what so ever, such poor service I have received and I will never stop working for my right that I am supposed to get a normal TV that does not have any damage or bad condition for full price. It could be way better than this though...
