I have ordered a TV - LG OLED C1 65inches. It cames in quick, but it does not work nor turn on, and edge of screen is not even, look like a vented - between the screen protector and TV monitor has some bobble too. I have made several emails for compliant and report etc, in order to find solution since this is unbelievable situation that I have to contact so much times, but no response or follower up customer care, what so ever, such poor service I have received and I will never stop working for my right that I am supposed to get a normal TV that does not have any damage or bad condition for full price. It could be way better than this though...

Would love to review my new coffee machine BUT I have not received it and the tracking information has not changed in the last 6 days. Amarex - horse and cart express, I guess. All additional questions regarding delivery - superfluous.

Appliance Central promptly charged me when I placed an order for a fridge. However it is out of stock and no date has been given for delivery despite my request for a date. I understand there are delays at present but I have been given no information and do not know if it has even been ordered for me or when it might become available

Not really interested in helping with a warranty issue. Not sure of quality of product received, As Hisense tv died after only a few months of limited use . I think best to stick with the more known and trusted sellers after my experience

I purchased a TV on 4th of November on the basis of being delivered within 4 to 6days. Today is Sunday 21st November and I still have not the TV delivered. If this is their initial customer service I wonder what would be their service if you have problems with the TV later on

Crack on screen found after delivery and delivery was also late. Have sent email to team , can you please look into the issue.

Received a broken Samsung soundbar (HW-S61A) where it randomly turns off. Emailed and rang Appliance Central support but very poor customer service. Samsung now wants us to travel an hour away to have this soundbar assessed and Appliance Central does not care. No support ownership at all and I reckon Appliance Central thinks we're just unlucky and have to deal with this issue ourselves.

Horrible. Didn't install the washing machine despite paying for it. Also didn't have the right parts. Should have come back to install it. Still waiting actually.

I have no idea where my delivery is not when it will arrive. Very frustrating and had no answer to either question provided by appliance central. Very disappointed.

I ordered a television which was shipped on October 5th. After waiting 3 weeks and trying to contact Aramex couriers myself with my tracking number - I was ignored by them. I then spoke to Appliances Online and the courier has not bothered to respond to them either. After several follow up calls from me, Appliances Online agreed to refund me 6 days ago in writing. I still have not received anything. It is now 4 weeks since I ordered and paid for the TV (which I have subsequently purchased elsewhere). Where is my refund Appliances Online??? Not good enough. Avoid.

One star represents the incorrect item sent, not the product itself. Very quick delivery, arrived the next day after order within Sydney Metropol, Unfortunately incorrect colour sent, requested replacement, but took extreme long without result, then eventually refunded. Customer service is good enough, but I believe internal process be hard to manage, getting replacement seems to be impossible. A refund then re-order is much easier.

Dear management Good afternoon. There is no temperature adjustment in the heater. I've been contacting your company for more than one and half months. The issue is still not solved and no one reply to my email. The receptionist keeps telling me manager will call me back but nobody call me back so far after multi phone calls. The person didn't even leave his or her name. The receptionist didn't leave name either due to so called personal reason. It is really a terrible service. Your management need to know how your staffs deal with customers as it is not good for your company development.

Unfortunately my brand new appliance is leaking, missing parts and is faulty. Appliance Central will not come and pick up the the faulty product, deal with the supplier. or send me a replacement working product or offered a refund. I had to contact the supplier and arrange a service. It is coming up to 3 weeks since I purchased the product and it is still not working. Not happy with this service at all.

Pathetic, disgusting, extremely u empathetic to customers. Don’t waste money. Am stuck with a defective TV and now I sick of waiting. Finally lodging a ACCC complaint.

You Advertised an appliance online as available, once the order was placed & paid for I was then advised of no stock available and will be available 2 weeks after the order was placed. I then asked for a refund which I was advised could take 3- 5 business days to receive. Due to this situation I was unable to purchase the same product from another supplier whom had in stock. Very disappointed do not false advertise something online if you do not have stock available in the first place

It is indeed odd to be asked to review Appliance Central when they are yet to deliver and yet to advise when they will deliver. Money taken yet no advice about order status. I think the right hand is not aware of what the left hand is doing. Come back in a week or more to find out whether it does. I am still waiting for advice on when the item will be delivered.
