“I ordered from 20 different shops after i bought from appliance central. All of them arrived. Instead my tv is still waiting in a depot 5 mins from my home”

“LG 65 inch OLED 2021, came with 3 big puncture holes on the front of the box, from what looks like from a forklift. The screen protector had big scuffs on it. The back of the box was perfect of course. Other than that no problems”

“Well - I have not received the product as yet - despite that courier picking up the product at 12:44 on Thursday 12/8. I have tried to track the delivery but the website either doesn't work or is just saying pickup details. I have raised a Ticket with the courier company - but that has done nothing either. If the product is not delivered in the next few days - I will demand a full refund. To say that I am unhappy is an understatement”

“You sell me something you don't actually have??? and I have now missed out on the eofy sales elsewhere which was through Appliances Online and The Good Guys as i have dealt with them before and have both been hassle free . You then offer me an alternative as a replacement as you have inconvenienced me; only to get another email which requesting more money off me?!? Please cancel my order immediately (Tax invoice AC98523), and due this being an error at your end please ensure a full refund of the already $170 paid through afterpay and the cancellation of autopayment set up too! I am genuinely disappointed as i thought id give this company a go as first impression seemed ok, but now im not impressed at all; particularly with after sales service!”
