Hard to say. TV (new 55 inch LCD arrived with the screen damaged. Contacted LG Support who identified the damaged screen from a photo I sent them. Emailed all this to Appliance Central and waiting to hear from them. Purchase online was straightforward and delivery quite prompt, but seems most likely it was damaged in transit.

I bouht this Miele Triflex stick vacuum cleaner about a month ago but after I put the it together I found that I cannot pull it apart to use it as a hand held vacuum cleaner. It just wont budge an inch. The issue has been raised and an instruction sheet has been sent to me. However it's still useless. I am still waiting to hear if someone is coming to fix or replace it from Appliance Central or Miele. This issue has been raised over a couple of weeks ago.

Waited over a week for in stock item to arrive. Called to chase it up and the lady said she would send an email. Would not give me an update, just said “once we email them it should just turn up a day or two later it happens all the time” well it hasn’t turned up. Not have I had any correspondence from support staff as to where the hell it is, or when I may finally receive it. Very unimpressed with every element of this transaction.

The delivery was appalling!!! How can you just dump a $900+ TV sidways on my steps in full view of the main road below. No call. And instructions Clearly said by 12pm. I saw on the website around 2pm while I was at work saying it was delivered.

LG 65 inch OLED 2021, came with 3 big puncture holes on the front of the box, from what looks like from a forklift. The screen protector had big scuffs on it. The back of the box was perfect of course. Other than that no problems

Well - I have not received the product as yet - despite that courier picking up the product at 12:44 on Thursday 12/8. I have tried to track the delivery but the website either doesn't work or is just saying pickup details. I have raised a Ticket with the courier company - but that has done nothing either. If the product is not delivered in the next few days - I will demand a full refund. To say that I am unhappy is an understatement

Change your courier they received the dispatch and promptly emailed me with a 2 week wait!! Damages all likelihood of purchases through you
