allied express not worth a didlly squat. day and a half to get fom Sydney to Melb, another, now 6 days and still not arrived, and you have the balls to ask for a review, so publish this. Nobody has made a delivery

I don’t know why they are asking for a review when they haven’t even delivered the television yet. I am very frustrated because I can’t get any information from Appliance Central or the delivery company Hunter Express. The only reason I purchased from them was because they told me the TV was in stock and it would be delivered in 2-3 days. I could have bought it cheaper from another company and just waited the 2 weeks. When am I going to receive my new TV????????????

Ordered a soundbar. Opened retail box to find subwoofer speaker completely smashed loose of its mdf box. Called to request refund. No urgency, 10 calls and many photos via emails, the retaped up box was only picked up today by worst courier in Australia, Aramex. Seller Refused to refund me, until they receive it back, and complete a full investigation with Aramex. I drove 1hr, bought the same soundbar from a competitor, not smashed in the retail box. Mistrustful unhelpful unsympathetic.

It has been 7 business days since I placed my order and my microwave still hasn't arrived. My first email was replied to but nothing since. Wouldn't bother again just to save $40

Appliance central are good. Their delivery contractors questionable. No masks worn when entering the home as part of the public health order. Left all rubbish boxes etc onsite.

The fridge had a dent in it and it has been 3 days that I reported thid but I have not heard back from the sales team. I need the response and compensation for it.my next stop is google review and I am gona text message everyone in my phone abt my horrible experience.

Even tho the staff was curtious and apologetic my order was sent wrong on 2 occasions finally they got it right the third time

I would give more stars as Appliance Central itself has been ok, however the shipping has been a nightmare. No updates on expected arrival so I don't know when I need to be home. Appliance Central have said they're having trouble getting updates from the consignment company. It's now passed the date when the product should have arrived. I would hope that when you're spending such large sums of money you'd get your product on time or at least a delivery date confirmed.

Hi I’m still waiting for my delivery ! Your trucking system is not working! No one answer phones! I was waiting for some to answer my call for 40 min and I had to quit!! Your customer service is very poor!! When I will get my delivery? It’s been 10 working days since my purchase!’ I need some to contact my ASAP !!

I am not happy at all with the end-result service provided by Appliance Central. While the online purchase process was as expected, we still haven't received the goods we paid for more than a week ago - an air conditioner that was listed as "In stock". While the delivery is probably not controlled by Appliances Central, the transport company you have engaged, Hunter Express, is truly sub-standard. You should be aware of the multiple online complains by Hunter Express customers, and consider engaging a reliable operator. Either that, or you should honestly tell your clients: "you pay, we'll send it - but nobody knows when (or if) it will arrive!" Nelly Ivanova

I wax prompted 2 days ago to write this review for goods that have still not arrived even though tracking shows goods ‘loaded for delivery’ 48 hours ago from a depot 46 minutes from my house. I chose this company as they advertised delivery in 2-5 business days and it is now 7 business days. I phoned the courier, Allied Express after using their basic/uninformative/inaccurate tracking system and received no assistance so i then phoned Appliance Central who would not even pick up a phone to see when my air conditioner was going going to be delivered. I would never purchase. from this Appliance Central again. At the time of writing this review there are 28 x 1 star reviews, more than 20%, so BEWARE’ and make sure you use PayPal so you can get a refund for undelivered goods. Customer Service is terrible.

I haven't heard any response for 4 days from my request to return the damaged product. I am very disappointed with the company's quality of customer service.

Washing machine didn't work on delivery. Called to ask for a replacement and sent me in circles and after a week the issue is still not resolved.
