I was supposed to receive delivery in the morning, waited till noon and got told to call the courier, found the missing delivery truck that decided to change their delivery schedule without telling anyone, when it arrived I only received half my order and no other correspondence. Have attempted to contact customer service three times to try and cancel and ask for a refund for the tv that apparently had not been ordered yet for dispatch, and then was damaged in transit? I'm still yet to hear anything back about this.

Took a day off work as my washing machine was going to be delivered only to be told that it had been damaged when it was getting ready for dispatch and that the ‘ETA’ was two weeks. That was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything since. Quite frustrating as my washing machine broke so was counting on a quick delivery. If I had known there was only one in stock I would have purchased from elsewhere

I ordered a vacuum cleaner and still awaiting delivery. At no time when I was making the purchase did I realise how long delivery would take. Once the item status was changed to shipped the tracking now shows "out of area delivery". I don't understand why as my address is in the Sydney metropolitan area. Who knows how long I have to wait. I really need the vacuum as I am trying to sell my house and need to keep it ready for inspections. Still waiting for delivery.

Very unhappy. I phoned this order through and was assured that you could order this from the supplier then informed me a week later that it has been discontinued so I couldn’t get it and I also then missed out on ordering something else in the Black Friday sales. Not impressed at all.

TV arrived completely smashed. Out of stock so no replacement possible and have to go thru sending it back. Nothing offered besides refund as far as I know. Wouldn’t use again currently

I was told my order would take 5-7 days and they would contact me if there was a delay. I ended up having to call them and was told they had no idea when it would be in stock, at least another month! Poor communication and customer service

Updated. It's been a month and the item is still with the courier Aramex. No reply to email or message. Worst courier ever. Please don't use the courier which is not trustworthy. This will ruin your customer service quality.

I have ordered a TV - LG OLED C1 65inches. It cames in quick, but it does not work nor turn on, and edge of screen is not even, look like a vented - between the screen protector and TV monitor has some bobble too. I have made several emails for compliant and report etc, in order to find solution since this is unbelievable situation that I have to contact so much times, but no response or follower up customer care, what so ever, such poor service I have received and I will never stop working for my right that I am supposed to get a normal TV that does not have any damage or bad condition for full price. It could be way better than this though...

Would love to review my new coffee machine BUT I have not received it and the tracking information has not changed in the last 6 days. Amarex - horse and cart express, I guess. All additional questions regarding delivery - superfluous.

Appliance Central promptly charged me when I placed an order for a fridge. However it is out of stock and no date has been given for delivery despite my request for a date. I understand there are delays at present but I have been given no information and do not know if it has even been ordered for me or when it might become available

Not really interested in helping with a warranty issue. Not sure of quality of product received, As Hisense tv died after only a few months of limited use . I think best to stick with the more known and trusted sellers after my experience

I purchased a TV on 4th of November on the basis of being delivered within 4 to 6days. Today is Sunday 21st November and I still have not the TV delivered. If this is their initial customer service I wonder what would be their service if you have problems with the TV later on

Received a broken Samsung soundbar (HW-S61A) where it randomly turns off. Emailed and rang Appliance Central support but very poor customer service. Samsung now wants us to travel an hour away to have this soundbar assessed and Appliance Central does not care. No support ownership at all and I reckon Appliance Central thinks we're just unlucky and have to deal with this issue ourselves.

Horrible. Didn't install the washing machine despite paying for it. Also didn't have the right parts. Should have come back to install it. Still waiting actually.
