“GUYS, AS SOMETIMES THE DRAINAGE HOSE DOESNT REACH, PLEASE HAVE THE EXTENSIONS AVAILABLE TO SELL AND/OR OFFER SOME INFO ON WHERE TO GET THEM. IT TOOK ME 2 HOURS TO WORK IT OUT AS I AM HOPELESS WITH THAT STUFF, AND IT WAS FRUSTRATING”

“Very quick delivery & good product 32" Samsung Smart TV. Requested delivery to be the week after next & rang them to advise delivery may be earlier then requested though it still arrived early on the doorstep waiting for me to come home the following week. No big deal but - get it right ...”

“After the purchase I got an e-mail that it would take 2 weeks to ship my stuff. Two weeks later, no updates. Emailed the company and was told that would take more 5 business day. One week later, nothing. I sent another e-mail. This time they told there it was a product shortage but should arrive in stock in 3 days (although their web-site was still displaying it as available for Newcastle region). Four days later... nothing! My wife tried to call to get the purchase canceled, but guess what, their call center takes hours to pick your call. Emailed once more, they asked for more 4 days... This time, yaaay!, ready to ship. They called on a Tuesday, during working hours, I didn't see the call. Around 3:30 pm they send an email asking to confirm until 2 pm of that day if there would be someone at home to receive the product next day. I answered yes, but then they replied that the truck already left and I could only get my stuff the following Tuesday. So, in short, after nearly 2 months, I got the stuff I bought.”

“2 weeks later I’m still waiting for my microwave to arrive. Appliance Online should seriously reconsider using Aramex for courier service. Aramex tells you the driver attempted to make the delivery, but this is a complete lie. Just go checkout their Google review, worst courier in Australia.”

“Purchased a Hisense 43 inch TV. A great TV at a great price and working well so far. Also has a 3 yr warranty for some peace of mind. Delivery took a little longer than expected but the TV was purchased just before Easter then everything shut down for 4 days. otherwise I think it would have been delivered much quicker. Would definitely buy again from this company as prices seem very competitive and I didn't experience any issues at all. Very happy with their service and product.”
