“This is my 4th purchase that has gone perfectly, my washing machine died, they were nice enough to schedule a next day delivery. Very happy with the washing machine 100 times better than my old Bosch that used to dance around the laundry when doing towels.”

“The Appliance Central pricing and the option for free installation were fantastic. I purchased several white goods for my elderly mother and opted for the free installation. However, the delivery team let us down when they insisted that a plumber was needed to install the washing machine. After they left, I consulted with the building management who informed me that this wasn't the case; the delivery person simply didn't remove the cap, which can be easily removed with a finger. The management suggested that I contact the company if I had paid extra for installation for refund. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to resolve this issue as I had to travel abroad for work for a few weeks. I'm quite disappointed with the outcome.”

“The product description made no reference to the need to hire skilled electricians to connect to a separate switchboard vs plugging into the existing mains. This cost me almost as much as the product itself. When I asked to return the item based on doubling the cost and poor description, I was told yes at my own expense and they would deduct 20% to restock something that hasn't been opened - Disgusting profiteering. I will never buy from these guys again but they wont care.”
