“I clicked on the grey/silver ( not understanding your codes)I was contacted to confirm what sort of gas but not the colour.when I mentioned I wanted grey/ silver I was told the white had already been despatched so couldn't be changed. So am disappointed. But your delivery time was good.”

“I had to ask for my extended warranty information which should have been supplied at the time of payment. The delivery was left at the bottom of my stairwell. I was home and the delivery people did not bother to contact me or even come up to the door that was open. I had to move a 65inch TV up a flight of stairs by myself.”
