“Unlike one of your competitors who take it all away, the cardboard box and all foam packaging was left after delivery. This was a pain to dispose of in a domestic waste delivery system. Rating would have been 5 stars if this had been taken away.”

“Appliance was out of stock which was not communicated at time of purchase. Delivery was initially set for a Friday, then the following Monday but did not get delivered until the Tuesday”

“Purchased a tv. I wasn’t told when I would receive. Rang the helpline and they told me there was a backlog with supplies from Sansung but I should receive mid January. Rang again and was advised the expected delivery date would be 22 January. I received on 19 January so was happy. I thought the helpcentre and delivery guys did a good job, although some prewarning about the delay would have been appreciated.”

“Purchased a samsung tv. Much cheaper than the big retail stores. The item was on backorder when I purchased. It was delivered in 5 business days, which I thought was good as it was a backorder item and the delivery was free.”
