“Would have been 5 out of 5 except for the delivery of the micro-convection oven. It was left outside in the rain for I don't know how long. We have still not received any notification as to its arrival. It could have been put undercover across the front door where it would have been seen, but was left in the open and the box was saturated and when the oven was picked up rain water poured out of the control section it has been left to dry out for 4 days. It is working but I don't know for how long. Most unhappy! Barbara James p.s. I do have photos but don't know how to insert them here.”

“I recently bought a Fisher & Paykel 8kg top loader washing machine. The purchase went very smoothly from start to finish on their part.
