“My fridge was in back order. When it was available, Appliance Central emailed me the date for delivery. I was able to reschedule it to the date that suited me. The fridge was delivered on time efficiently. The only issue was the guys forgot to make sure the fridge stand evenly on the floor before they left. Fortunately, I could adjust the stands of the fridge myself later.”

“No problem with the product and price. Shipping was an issue. If signature required courier should try and arrive when someone is home, not come in the middle of the day when most people work. I had to redirect to another family member who could be home on the nominated day so delivery was delayed. When they did arrive it was at the end of the day. Why couldn’t they have done that first time around and then I wouldn’t have had to wait and pay extra for redirect.”

“They had the goods (some cheap rear speakers) . They answered the phone. They were competitive and I guess they had the item and made sure it got to me quickly knowing I wanted it sooner rather than later. So they get 5 stars. If they failed on one of these I guess I’d give them another go because we are human but they delivered on all accounts so they got my cash. Simples.”
