“Best price I could find online (Haier fridge). A little apprehensive, but there was nothing to worry about in the end. Ordered on Thursday. Delivered on Sunday with good communication in between (email & txt). Driver called on the morning of delivery to confirm. Correct model was delivered & the old refrigerator removed as requested. Item was new - alot of plastic to remove (too much). Despite this, found a minor blemish on top of the fridge, but it's unseen and more likely a Haier quality control issue.”

“Some good deals on appliances however needs better communication on expected delivery and order of items. We were expecting one of our fridges to be delivered two weeks after ordering however there is still no ETA and the one due later has been delivered.”

“Very competitive pricing and fast delivery. Ordered a TV on Wednesday, had it mounted on the wall the following Monday. This is from a company in Sydney, and I'm in country Victoria! I thought the delivery cost was also very reasonable. I would definately use again and highly recommend.”

“Excellent. I can't fault them or their customer service. I called the customer service number before I purchased online and someone answered straight away and answered my question. Cheapest price I could find (LG fridge was $250 cheaper than anywhere else) and delivered when they said. I couldn't fault them. (Note their delivery doesn't take away the box/packaging which might be an issue if you're physically unable to break down large fridge box.)”

“Aramex is trash. They are not able to be contacted. Three weeks and not TV and no refund yet. Everybody at Appliance central was nice, but when you can’t even contact your courier service - you need to partner with somebody else.”
