“I wanted a frost free upright freezer , my usual go to online appliance supplier didn’t offer the Hisense freezer, I found appliance central were not only cheaper , but offered free delivery and would take away the old freezer as well . I rang the 1300 number to discuss delivery options and got fantastic service . The delivery guys rang beforehand so I wasn’t hanging around wondering, which was terrific. My experience was faultless and I have already recommended Appliance Central to my friends.”

“Item has not arrived. I was requird to wait for 4 entire days next to my front door to sign for the package. Thats around $7000 of lost potential earnings(4days x 8hrs x $220 per hr). Aramex Courier appears to have lost the package. I have asked for a refund multiple times without assistance from Appliance central who have said to just keep wasting money by waiting by the door.”
