“The AC team are excellent, especially the sales team. I ordered a washing machine online and then called to check on the status of my order. I mentioned that I really needed the machine as soon as possible, and the AC team was able to rearrange the delivery for the very next day. I was really impressed and much appreciated the fast and responsive service. The sales team provided excellent customer service. They were able to accommodate my request for expedited delivery, which was a huge help. The delivery itself was also very prompt and efficient. The only area for improvement would be the post-delivery experience. It would be perfect if the delivery team could collect the packaging materials after installing the machine, instead of leaving them for me to dispose of. This would make the overall experience even more seamless and convenient. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Appliance Central. The sales team is top-notch, and the fast delivery was much appreciated. With a slight improvement to the post-installation cleanup, this supplier would be truly exceptional.”

“We purchased a Westinghouse dishwasher from Appliance Central but there were insufficient photos of the inside of the dishwasher and the outside of the dishwasher when the top was removed which leaves the inside of the dishwasher open for bugs to get in.”

“I have not received the TV that I ordered. I have had no contact from Appliance Central since they canceled the scheduled delivery and said the item was not in stock after all and would be ordered from ths supplier. The new timeframe given for delivery has passed with no update despite requests for an update.”

“I advised that delivery had to be between the hours of 9am -3pm as we are a school. The Microwave was obviously delivered outsdide these hours and was then sent to a nearby Newsagency for me to collect. It was a heavy box for me to pick up and put in my vehicle and then unload at the school. I would expect delivery to be to the address given.”
