Had an enjoyable time there. Clean and tidy lodge and perfect facilities for a few days away.

I was disappointed that children were allowed into the cash bingo, never experienced this and I did not play other nights. Thought it was illegal to allow children. Staff seemed unable to tell time, notices regarding events confused the 12 and 24 hr clock so times for example showed 1900pm. The 12 hour am/pm clock cannot go over 12 as it as a 12 hour clock so should be 7pm or 1900 NOT both. Nit picking perhaps but if they can't get the small things right....

We have been to drymsynie many times and always had a wonderful time,it has changed over the years with differing facilities ie indoor bowling .the accommodation is excellent ,there are many places to visit ,loch ghoulhed is a stunningly beautiful place ,if your into walking it's heaven, and it's that good that my family will be going back again in may

Drimsynie estate is very well looked after. Staff could not be more helpful. The current renovations being carried out will make a vast improvement to the entertainment complex which is in need of ir.

The location of the lodges is in a tranquil position with views of the loch .Our lodge was in a lovely position, which was no 7 and was private at the back when you were in the hot tub with mountain views ,some were not as private. the lodge was lovely and clean and well equipped .would have liked to have stopped a bit longer but thought it was overpriced for one extra nights accommodation.Would go back again if we could have that lodge at a reasonable price because of the location. The site looked well equipped if you had children.

Lodge was very clean and well equipped. Paid entertainment ( Laser Combat was excellent value for money), but evening children's entertainment of Disney Princess was not suitable for a 9 year old.

Stayed at Lochgoilhead for the third time, location is fantastic, stayed in the Premier Caravan twice, very comfortable and spacious, stayed in an Osprey Lodge once, again, very comfortable and spacious. Good activities for kids, great pool, great staff from reception right through to the activity coordinators. The bar area is ok but the quality of the food is terrible. On previous visits the food was ok at best, this visit it was terrible. Wrong orders were brought out the kitchen, some meals were so small (Lasagne) they were laughable, ordered takeaways one night, the first item came out the kitchen 20 minutes before the last, needless to say it was stone cold by the time we were back at the lodge. The lady in charge seemed to do nothing but apologise all night. Overall a great holiday, but due to the most recent experience of the dining I would be reluctant to return, you don't want to cook yourself every night on holiday.

Stayed at Loch Awe. Nothing to do in park itself, not even a place for a walk. Located beside a very busy road. At time of stay there was no where to eat out and no decent shop. There is a Spar but nowhere bigger except in Oban. However well placed for day trips - Oban, Inveraray etc. Cabin itself was lovely. Very clean, modern and well decorated. Hot tub excellent - used every night even in the rain! Again very clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful site staff. Would definitely try another park, hopefully accommodation would be of a similar standard.

Great accommodation. We stayed in a caravan this time but have stayed in lodges over the last 12 years. Great setting, weather was in our favour. Entertainment for children ( February school holiday)okay but not as good as previous years and not many activities organised as before. Bit over prices but at the end of the day a fabulous place

Lovely location. Stayed in premier caravan which was lovely and clean with everything you need. Lodges looked good. The only thing that I can grumble about was that there was building work going on when we were there in Feb and although didn't bother us much it was unsightly and the pool had temporary access and you had to go down stairs to changing rooms then back up stairs to pool. I would love to go back when building work is finished to see what it's like

The reason for good rather than very good the food service was poor.

Had a great long weekend break in an Albatross hot tub lodge. The fridge freezer and the toaster had seen better days and the patio doors didn't seal when locked. I also think that for the amount of money that we paid for the lodge, we should at least have had free wifi and not have to purchase a very poor wifi that was only suitable for browsing. Why have a multi room music system when you can't get decent wifi to stream music. If I returned I would not take such an expensive lodge as the toys are really rendered as useless. I would advise anyone I know not to go for the top of the range lodge.

Had a lovely family break at the end of Feb. Loved our lodge and hot tub. Nice and clean and well equipped. The only disappointment was the leisure pass we purchased in advance for 6 adults, not realising that a new leisure complex was being built. Very poor sports facilities available.

Great holiday, caravan spotless and well equipped. Staff all friendly. Disappointed with swimming pool prices though unrealistic for a family.

Good holiday spoiled by a couple of things. Unhappy at spending £100 a night then being charged extra on arrival for electricity. Also being told to provide £250 deposit for a hot tub! We have had many hot tub holidays in the UK and abroad and NEVER been asked for this before. Would also have been VERY helpful to have timers on all heaters. Building work on adjacent lodges spoiled our holiday. In general the lodge was furnished to a high standard and well equipped. Lighting VERY poor apart from spotlights in lounge. Had to wear headtorch to read in bed!!
