Hello, we received your order on 11/15, and it shipped 11/16 via 1Z01039E0220098376. You emailed us on 11/23 and we had a response back to you within 9 minutes letting you know that it appeared the package was delayed in transit. You then responded back to us wanting clarity why your order was showing up later than your buddy's order. We're sorry that you were dissatisfied with the service of the carrier - unfortunately, delays are more common the closer it is to the Holidays. In your case, it appears your package was misrouted but delivered on 11/26. We did upgrade your shipping to 2 Day Air at no additional cost to you in an attempt to give you the same great service we give to all of our customers. Quick shipping, value-added with the shipping upgrade, and fast responses to emails. All of our orders are weighed multiple times prior to shipping, and weights are recorded on the packing slip. If you believe you were shorted, simply send us an email with a photo of the packing slip and the number of pieces of brass you believe you were shorted. Someone will have a look and get back to you.

I ordered the Bullets and received the wrong item received projectiles not BULLETS?. Now I have all sorts of charges restocking ,shipping etc. that are being deducted for return ? I did nothing wrong and I have to pay for ARM OR ALLY mistake?????

Hello Jose, we're sorry to hear you had an issue with an order placed with us. The items you ordered were properly advertised, described, and photographed. Also included on the product page was a note stating "This is NOT loaded ammunition". Unfortunately, you did not realize your mistake until receiving the item, and the costs associated with returning the item to us fall upon you. We're sorry if our response could not be more favorable, though we hope you were satisfied with the free shipping upgrade, and speed by which we delivered your order.

My package was never delivered and the customer service from Arm or Ally refused to help me with it. Told me to just contact the police as if that is going to help at all. Order from a different company Arm or Ally has terrible customer service

Hi Lonnie, your order was placed on 7 October, and shipped the following day. We gave you a complimentary upgrade to 2 Day Air shipping and your package was delivered on the 12th via 1Z01039E0235070340. Upon receiving your inquiry stating you did not receive your package on the 13th, we immediately opened a case with the carrier. On the 18th the carrier replied back stating the package was correctly delivered to your address and provided us with a GPS ariel image showing the exact location where the package was scanned as delivered by the driver (we also sent this to you). The carrier denied the claim and provided evidence showing a proper delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery location is secure, and that your package is secure after delivery. Unfortunately we, nor the carrier cover theft-after-delivery. While we are sorry to hear of what has happened, we hope you can see we provided a great price, upgraded your shipping to a faster service, and shipped your product right away. Again, we're sorry if our response was less than favorable.

i order 38supercomp brass but i received 38 super brass and when i email custumer service about the item i received no reply nothing its been two weeks now and still waiting for an answer verry poor custumer service

Order placed 24 June. Order shipped 25 June. Customer contacted customer service 4 July. Carrier notified the order was damaged/fall out on 8 July. Order refunded in full 9 July.

Sent a defective product—no way of contacting directly and I have to open a ticket. They do not accept returns and do not honor warranties. I made the mistake of ordering a replacement before I made all these ugly discoveries. Now I shafted myself twice.

Mike, we utilize a ticket system for all customer service. I see two tickets from you. One where you sent in your verification, and the other asking about delivery delay. I see your package was delivered. As we have made you aware prior to purchase of a P80 product, all sales are final on P80's, and any warranty claim must be made direct with the manufacturer. I do not see any email where you have stated you had/have a problem. If you have a problem with a P80 product, simply contact P80 and they'll cover it if it's under the manufacturer's warranty.

I would love to tell you about this product, but it has not been shipped to me yet. I ordered it a month ago and paid for it a month ago and it said on the web site that it was in stock! So for now, I have nothing good to say about arm or ally!

Purchased a brand new BCG with a nitride finish . I received it with worn rails down to the bare steel and I’m in the process of trying to get it replaced but arm or Ally doesn’t want to help

shipment took forever, and the “once fired brass” seems more used. lots of cases need resizing for the bulge at the bottom. poor quality brass

Still have not got my order in. Waiting time is crazy. Also I never saw a noticed about shipping delay time when I ordered. I would have gone elsewhere. FYI it shipped Priority Mail which is 2-3 days. Does not follow into economy shipping which is parcel mail. I know about shipping. Joe H. Kingwood, TX

Hello, you requested we ship your order 2-7 Day Economy which ships USPS. USPS is experiencing 2-5 week delays, which we have posted in our checkout to inform customers prior to choosing a carrier. There are currently 50 orders along with yours stuck in Tulsa, OK. Tulsa is acting as a distribution facility for 3 states due to the impact of Covid. We are representing these 50 packages, including yours with USPS. Some of them are starting to move, and we are hopeful on the others. Please continue to be patient and monitor the tracking. Absolutely horrible customer service. No help and won't process a refund after 20 days being lost in the mail. Go support a company worth giving your money to. They told me to buy it again if i need it now.

To ensure complete transparency for other potential customers - here's a full account of the situation. 1 December: Order Placed 3 December: Order Shipped 9 December: You emailed us, demanding a refund on your shipping. We contacted USPS to trace your package. 14 December: You emailed again, wanting a refund or us to reship your product. We explained USPS did not state your order was lost, though it was delayed. We invited you to make a new purchase if you did not want to wait for your delayed package to arrive. We also offered to waive any restocking fee, and reimburse you up to $10 for return shipping. All done in a very professional and polite manner. Your response was trashy, and vulgar. 30 December: Your order was delivered. We have policies in place allowing us to service our customers in the best way possible. We do not double ship products, or refund orders in transit where the carrier has not declared the package lost, especially during Covid and Peak shopping season where USPS is openly stating delays between 2-5 weeks are common; as was with your shipment. We're sorry if we failed to satisfy you, but we do not comply with rude demands from anyone. Kindness goes a long way with us.

My order was supposed to be received the 3rd of December. It is now the 18th . I tried to contact you guys and you said you would look into it and still nothing . Having no phone number really sucks for you guys . Can some one please freaking help me because you or FedEx is absolutely no help what do ever ! Thanks

Hello, this time of year delays is inevitable. You contacted us on the 19th, we contacted the carrier, and your package was delivered on the 23rd of December. We see you selected the Economy option for shipping - in the future, we do offer UPS and FedEx which are usually a bit more on-time with their shipments than SmartPost / USPS.
