Worst customer service ever. I have submitted 3 tickets (because you can’t call these people) to have an item returned so I can order the correct part and I have had zero response. Will never buy anything from Arm or Ally again.

We have received three emails from you, once on the 10th, the 17th, and the 23rd. We have responded to each of your emails within 1-2 hours of receiving yours. It seems our emails are being filtered by your email service (Comcast). If you get this, please check your spam folder.

Informed me that pricing was the best they could do after inquiringabout a service discount, they changed pricing on products after I had ordered items and won't give me a refund or store credit. I don't even have my items in hand yet and they won't make it right.

Hello, We received your email on 13 October which you inquired about receiving sequential serial numbers for 4 Thunder Ranch lower receivers you ordered. On the same day, you inquired about receiving a military discount, something we do not offer, instead we offer our best price to ALL customers all of the time. Order 1: FFL Order Placed Friday 14 October. Shipped 19 October & Delivered 26 October. Order 2: Order placed Sunday 16 October. Shipped 17 October & Delivered 24 October. On 1 November, you emailed us the below message: "I know this is a long shot, but would you be willing to match this new pricing on recent orders that I have placed? Orders 84XXXX, and 84XXXX placed on 14 and 16 October. It looks like the Aero Thunder Ranch Sets were 217.45 while they are now 175.86. The Atlas R-One Handguards were 137.05 while they are now 114.21. The gas blocks were 41.11 while they are now 35.59. Prior to placing the orders I had inquired to see if you offered and sort of military discount and I was told that your pricing was the best it could possibly be, this was clearly not the case." We responded to you 9 minutes later: "Hello, Retroactive price adjustments are honored within 3 days of purchase, I'm sorry. Aero threw some deals at us, and we're passing them along to our customers." - We gave you an average of 32% off of these items when compared to purchasing them directly from Aero Precision. - We had the absolute cheapest price out of any online retailer at the time you placed your orders. - We sent you a Free Shipping coupon ($22) and a 5% off coupon ($17.81) which you used on these orders. - We provided you with lightning-quick responses to your email inquiries. - We fulfilled your request and sent you three sequential serial numbers as you asked. In exchange, you thought all of this was worth a 1-star review. Manufacturers are working extremely hard to bring pricing down to move products in this tough market where the costs of everything are increasing. When these deals fall on our laps, we pass these savings to our customers. Your orders were placed two weeks prior to this price change, well outside of our retroactive price adjustment policy. If it were within a day or two, and you were polite (which you were in your emails) we would have flexed and honored it, but not so far outside of the window as you were requesting. We hope you receive enjoyment from the items you received.

Seem to be a great well-built mag, but I'm having problems with misfed rounds after every shot. I don't have that problem with my P-mags

I relieved my sba4 brace with no adjustment handle, basically useless. I started a return ticket and got a reply right away, once I sent pictures of the issue I did not receive a response for multiple days. I felt SOL so I contacted SB directly and they helped me resolve the issue. Arm or Ally never once offered to return the item or send me a new one.

9 September - Order Placed & Shipped same day. 12 September - Order Delivered Your original email on 12 September: "I just received my order, I got the brace but it's literally missing the lever to adjust the brace on the buffer tube. It's useless without the lever, I'm not even sure how this part would be missing." We reviewed your photos on the 15th of September and contacted SB Tactical to request they send you the replacement part. We emailed you an update, to which you replied you had already contacted the manufacturer, and they were sending you the replacement part. In your statement to us, you did not express an interest in returning the item. Your ticket stated you had a problem with your order. If you wanted a return, you should have communicated it to us. I'm sorry if we failed to satisfy you, or if you felt waiting 2 days for a response was a long time. We're a very small team, serving many, and our emails are answered in the order received. We provided you with the same great service we provide to all of our customers. We are pleased you took the initiative to contact the manufacturer to solve the issue.

Truly regret! I spent 180.00 for a barrel then spent 60.00 more having to fit it to gun. As bad luck would have it then the next week another site K&M, would have a sale for threaded TiNi barrel for 89.00. You charged me 3X what I should've paid for a barrel for a measly Glock 43!! NO thanx alot!!

Chris, the Faxon GB910N43SGQ-T-TIN barrel you bought retails for $205. You paid $166 and we gave you free shipping, delivered in 3 days. If you didn’t want a $166 dollar barrel, we have our house brand which perform just as well, without the fancy brand name for much less.

Frame had stickers stuck on and painted over sure you could do a better job especially when someone is paying 189 dollars for it definitely won't be purchasing from arm or ally again same with my winter battle zone frame

Never even received my order.was supposed to sign for my package to be delivered.never signed but it said the package was delivered.contacted customer service.they said it was signed for.wich it was not by me 100% so if it was it was not my signature..customer service told me to just contact the certain mail carrier.because they had contacted them but it takes a while for them to get back to the company.well nobody got back to me ever from arm or ally. And they were of no help at all at the mail carrier either. They pretty much told me the same thing..it was signed for and if I didn't get it to check with the neighbors or any bushes around the vecinity.nobody fessing up.so I'm out all my hard earned money and the product.just my luck. So much for insurance on a package and paying more to have to sign for a package.im thoroughly unsatisfied with my experience to say the least

The barrel came damaged and Arm or Ally support did nothing to help. I won't ever buy from Arm or Ally again.

Andrew, you communicated to us that you received a defective barrel (workmanship issue on the crown) on 3/21. We had a response to you within 4 minutes, and a ticket open on your behalf with the manufacturer to have it replaced directly since we were out of stock. It was to our surprise, Faxon did not get back to you in a timely manner, and when you emailed us 3/31, we shipped you another barrel, and a return label to send back the defective one. Please understand that it is normal to wait several days for a response from a manufacturer given the environment right now. We encourage honest reviews, but please be honest we simply ask you to be honest in your reviews. Stating we did nothing to help is not the truth, Andrew.

I purchased this AoA drop-in trigger for a Glock 19 build. Unfortunately, the trigger's safety isn't actuating as it should. I reached out to AoA within the first 3 days of owning the trigger, which was almost three weeks ago; I have yet to hear from Customer Service after submitting two support tickets looking for information. My intent behind contacting AoA was to ask questions regarding the trigger to identify if its defective or if something else was going on. Unfortunately, due to them not getting back to me, I have no idea. Would I recommend the trigger? No. After spending $700+ on parts with AoA, would I shop here again? Not unless I got a REALLY good deal.

I ordered 500 75gr .223 bthp and received something else two bags of large brass casing, which I didn’t order. After I send those back I did get my 75gr bullets. Two days later the very same order of the two bags of the large brass shows up again on my mail box. This time there was no invoice or any time of billing. So once again I opened a ticket and will have to go and mail these back again. This company seems to have this problem a lot since it’s on their web site as a ticket that one can open. Doubt that I will do business with them again, but maybe they can fix things that I would be willing to give them another try…

You emailed us on 11/23 and we had a response back to you within 9 minutes letting you know that it appeared the package was delayed in transit. You then responded back to us wanting clarity why your order was showing up later than your buddy's order. I ordered the Bullets and received the wrong item received projectiles not BULLETS?. Now I have all sorts of charges restocking ,shipping etc. that are being deducted for return ? I did nothing wrong and I have to pay for ARM OR ALLY mistake?????

Also included on the product page was a note stating "This is NOT loaded ammunition". Unfortunately, you did not realize your mistake until receiving the item, and the costs associated with returning the item to us fall upon you. My package was never delivered and the customer service from Arm or Ally refused to help me with it. Told me to just contact the police as if that is going to help at all. Order from a different company Arm or Ally has terrible customer service

Hi Lonnie, your order was placed on 7 October, and shipped the following day. We gave you a complimentary upgrade to 2 Day Air shipping and your package was delivered on the 12th via 1Z01039E0235070340. Upon receiving your inquiry stating you did not receive your package on the 13th, we immediately opened a case with the carrier. On the 18th the carrier replied back stating the package was correctly delivered to your address and provided us with a GPS ariel image showing the exact location where the package was scanned as delivered by the driver (we also sent this to you). The carrier denied the claim and provided evidence showing a proper delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery location is secure, and that your package is secure after delivery. Unfortunately we, nor the carrier cover theft-after-delivery. While we are sorry to hear of what has happened, we hope you can see we provided a great price, upgraded your shipping to a faster service, and shipped your product right away. Again, we're sorry if our response was less than favorable.

i order 38supercomp brass but i received 38 super brass and when i email custumer service about the item i received no reply nothing its been two weeks now and still waiting for an answer verry poor custumer service
