Order the sct frame on Aug 14th. On Aug 28th I submitted a ticket and they said they where sold out (even thou auto message says if u add to cart it's 99.99% in stock). Week later it says in stock but didn't ship. Next ticket I asked why. They shipped acouple hours later. Then next day they sent condescending message saying they shipped it yesterday. Horrible service and will never buy from them again

Hello, you first emailed on the 31st of August. We responded back to you the same day, letting you know your item was on backorder which we politely explained to you in our reply, stating more would be in stock the following week. You emailed us again on the 6th of September, (3 business days later) the same day we shipped your item. We replied to you on the 7th simply letting you know your item shipped the day prior, and provided you with a tracking number. Here’s our exact response: Hello, It shipped out yesterday: https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?trknbr=783414084186&trkqual=2460194000~783414084186~FX We’re unsure where you felt our extremely simple message back to you was condescending. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. If a refund was something you wanted, all you had to do was ask. Sorry we were unable to satisfy you.

I ordered this product over 3 weeks ago and have still not received the package despite reaching out to the company to alert them. They do not have a phone number to contact only emails. Their email response asked me to continue to be patient. The next correspondence I received was an email asking me to rate my products. The link on that email to alert on non-delivery sent me to a non-active page. At this point I can only say that I do not recommend working with this company.

Hello, your order was placed and shipped the same day on 5 July. We just checked the tracking and it shows it was checked into KY on 2 August. We're unsure of why there was a delay. If you've not received your package, simply contact our customer support so we can assist you.

Hello,FedEx has made three attempts to deliver your package. Each time nobody was available to receive the package or the businesses was closed. The carrier has sent your package back to us. Contact customer support to resolve.

Hello, You contacted us on 2 March, stating an issue with your slide. Through several emails with you, including photos, we determined you had a Gen 4. Our product description clearly states the compatibility with Gen 1-3 only. We provided you with an RMA to return the item. To date, we've not received your return nor have you provided the tracking number requested on 17 March. As I look through the order history, your order shipped the same day, delivered 3 days later, and we responded to all of your emails either the same day or the next business day. We're confused as to why you rated us a 1 star and claimed your experience was horrible. Please share with us what made your experience horrible. We take feedback from our customers seriously and look for ways to improve our service.

Can't give a fair review right now. The two AR10/308 Bolt Kits I had to return . You should have received them April 17. Have not heard from Butch whether he is going give a refund or whatever.

My shipment was lost at the first fed ex office and have tried to get in contact with arm or ally but only able to email as I haven’t found a number to call, I have not heard from them and would like the parts I have ordered about a month ago, I would like an email from them to get this straightened out Luke

I never received the product ordered. Butch started an inquiry with fed ex but I haven’t heard anything in almost a month. Tried to find a customer service number but to no avail. Would appreciate a response!

We opened a FedEx investigation. FedEx states the package was correctly delivered to your address with photo evidence. Where you opted-out of signature delivery, it appears the package may have been stolen after delivery, something we, unfortunately, do not cover. We emailed you on 2 March with an offer to which you've not replied. Please check your email.

You made it hard for to get my part.im still fighting to get my part. I don't have any felonys or a creminal back ground and i was denied my part.now im waiting on my letter to see why.It's stuped because i had a gun in my name before now Im just fucked for my part and i don't know what to do but wait to see why i was denied by them.No will never recommend any one to you because i woulded want the to lose money like i did.

Sir, you ordered your part on 7 March and it was delivered to your FFL on 9 March. Your failure of a background check has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the part you received from us or the service we provided you. We have nothing to do with your background, or qualifications to possess a regulated item. If you are unable to pass a background check, contact your FFL and request to have the item sent back to us for a return.

I have no issue with Aero Precision products, they have always been exceptional. My issue is with Arm and Ally. I ordered three Aero Precision Receiver Sets. I did not receive "Receiver Set" but received separate pieces. Contacted customer service with no reply. I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

We apologize for your dissatisfaction with the product you received. It's important to note that in the current manufacturing landscape, approximately 99% of upper and lower receivers are not produced as a matched pair. These components are typically not made using the same machinery or cut from the same piece of material. Aero Precision does offer these components as a set, packaged in a single box, and that's what we generally send out when they're in stock. However, if they are unavailable, we will ship them in two separate boxes. It's crucial to emphasize that there is absolutely no variance in the quality of the individual components you receive. The advantage of ordering them as a set lies in a slightly reduced price, but it does not affect their compatibility.

Worst customer service ever. I have submitted 3 tickets (because you can’t call these people) to have an item returned so I can order the correct part and I have had zero response. Will never buy anything from Arm or Ally again.

We have received three emails from you, once on the 10th, the 17th, and the 23rd. We have responded to each of your emails within 1-2 hours of receiving yours. It seems our emails are being filtered by your email service (Comcast). If you get this, please check your spam folder.

Informed me that pricing was the best they could do after inquiringabout a service discount, they changed pricing on products after I had ordered items and won't give me a refund or store credit. I don't even have my items in hand yet and they won't make it right.

Hello, We received your email on 13 October which you inquired about receiving sequential serial numbers for 4 Thunder Ranch lower receivers you ordered. On the same day, you inquired about receiving a military discount, something we do not offer, instead we offer our best price to ALL customers all of the time. Order 1: FFL Order Placed Friday 14 October. Shipped 19 October & Delivered 26 October. Order 2: Order placed Sunday 16 October. Shipped 17 October & Delivered 24 October. On 1 November, you emailed us the below message: "I know this is a long shot, but would you be willing to match this new pricing on recent orders that I have placed? Orders 84XXXX, and 84XXXX placed on 14 and 16 October. It looks like the Aero Thunder Ranch Sets were 217.45 while they are now 175.86. The Atlas R-One Handguards were 137.05 while they are now 114.21. The gas blocks were 41.11 while they are now 35.59. Prior to placing the orders I had inquired to see if you offered and sort of military discount and I was told that your pricing was the best it could possibly be, this was clearly not the case." We responded to you 9 minutes later: "Hello, Retroactive price adjustments are honored within 3 days of purchase, I'm sorry. Aero threw some deals at us, and we're passing them along to our customers." - We gave you an average of 32% off of these items when compared to purchasing them directly from Aero Precision. - We had the absolute cheapest price out of any online retailer at the time you placed your orders. - We sent you a Free Shipping coupon ($22) and a 5% off coupon ($17.81) which you used on these orders. - We provided you with lightning-quick responses to your email inquiries. - We fulfilled your request and sent you three sequential serial numbers as you asked. In exchange, you thought all of this was worth a 1-star review. Manufacturers are working extremely hard to bring pricing down to move products in this tough market where the costs of everything are increasing. When these deals fall on our laps, we pass these savings to our customers. Your orders were placed two weeks prior to this price change, well outside of our retroactive price adjustment policy. If it were within a day or two, and you were polite (which you were in your emails) we would have flexed and honored it, but not so far outside of the window as you were requesting. We hope you receive enjoyment from the items you received.

Seem to be a great well-built mag, but I'm having problems with misfed rounds after every shot. I don't have that problem with my P-mags

I relieved my sba4 brace with no adjustment handle, basically useless. I started a return ticket and got a reply right away, once I sent pictures of the issue I did not receive a response for multiple days. I felt SOL so I contacted SB directly and they helped me resolve the issue. Arm or Ally never once offered to return the item or send me a new one.

9 September - Order Placed & Shipped same day. 12 September - Order Delivered Your original email on 12 September: "I just received my order, I got the brace but it's literally missing the lever to adjust the brace on the buffer tube. It's useless without the lever, I'm not even sure how this part would be missing." We reviewed your photos on the 15th of September and contacted SB Tactical to request they send you the replacement part. We emailed you an update, to which you replied you had already contacted the manufacturer, and they were sending you the replacement part. In your statement to us, you did not express an interest in returning the item. Your ticket stated you had a problem with your order. If you wanted a return, you should have communicated it to us. I'm sorry if we failed to satisfy you, or if you felt waiting 2 days for a response was a long time. We're a very small team, serving many, and our emails are answered in the order received. We provided you with the same great service we provide to all of our customers. We are pleased you took the initiative to contact the manufacturer to solve the issue.

Truly regret! I spent 180.00 for a barrel then spent 60.00 more having to fit it to gun. As bad luck would have it then the next week another site K&M, would have a sale for threaded TiNi barrel for 89.00. You charged me 3X what I should've paid for a barrel for a measly Glock 43!! NO thanx alot!!

Chris, the Faxon GB910N43SGQ-T-TIN barrel you bought retails for $205. You paid $166 and we gave you free shipping, delivered in 3 days. If you didn’t want a $166 dollar barrel, we have our house brand which perform just as well, without the fancy brand name for much less.

Frame had stickers stuck on and painted over sure you could do a better job especially when someone is paying 189 dollars for it definitely won't be purchasing from arm or ally again same with my winter battle zone frame
