“I have been using a similar product for years but I believe these are superior. However, there are no instructions with the product and the label refers to a video on the website but the video is not labelled so as to be recognized as the one needed and it does not cover installation of all the parts. The manufacturer agreed and promises to upgrade the video. Which side should the pins install from? Where does the foam spacer go? The pin system is a good product but the manufacturer hasn't done their homework.”

“I gave it 4 stars only because I'm not done with my Creedbeast also I have never used a Toolcraft DLC bcg before now. The service, price and time of delivery deserves a 10. I'll be updating my review after her first trip. Thanks again AoA”

“I received all of the items that I ordered as expected. I did get them in a timely fashion, however it did take slightly longer than some of the other parts that I ordered at the same time. They were nice enough to give me money back when I emailed them about a coupon that I received via email. I wish that they had a phone number to call to ask questions. This would improve customer service.”
