“Very happy with the service - I was prepared for the lengthy wait that AorA advertised but wasn't quite patient enough and after a week, opened a ticket late one afternoon to ask about the insurance I had purchased as the USPS tracking system wasn't providing any information after the second day of shipping. Of course, just as Chuck was answering the next morning, the package shows up, but Chuck's answer was prompt and courteous. Not sure when, as I can't practice or compete as much as I'd like and consequently, don't buy a lot of stuff, but I'll be back. Very, very satisfied customer.”

“Right out of the box I could tell that I had purchased a quality product. After building my Glock and zeroing it at the range it was a pleasure to run my new pistol. The price was outstanding and the fit and finish blew my expectations out of the water. You bet I will turn to Arm or Ally with any future purchases I need they have in stock.”

“The website's ordering software is clunky, be sure to choose to NOT have to sign for the package if you don't want to make a trip to the post office (Signature is the default) , and to deselect insurance if you do not want it (also the default setting). But they ship fast and respond to questions same or next day.”
