Great attention to detail, online and video calling was straight forward. Staff helpful and knowlegable. Easiest and best car buying experience to date.

I bought a car from Arnold Clark in November 2020 along with £249 service package. I realised recently in April 2021 that I had never received the paperwork for the service package and enquired. I had to chase the branch, they didn’t return calls, then asked me to prove I had bought the service package by sending in proof, then never heard back from them, then asked for my money back and was told no, kept pestering them and eventually am expecting my money to be transferred back. Avoid avoid at all costs. They were not interested once they got the sale of the car. I had to chase them for second set of keys that they told me would be personally delivered to my house in a few days but after chasing them again, they were posted out a month later

Had my service and first M.O.T .done 31/3.lasked them to make sure the service warning light was switched off as they had not done so at its last service .Day after service 5 other yellow warning lights come on on the dashboard.Take it back in .They tell me that's it ok now . A day later they come back on , I take the car back in a week later(first time I could make it .Told I need a new sensor £120 + vat as the car is now two weeks out of warranty. Not even a suggestion that they could contact Mazda to see if they might help .Completely not interested.Over the last 20 years I have bought at least six cars either for my wife or myself, but never again .

Brand new vehicle. Delivered filthy (mud) inside. Wouldn’t start (they said it had been tricky, but delivered it like that anyway). Had to put it on charge to start it, took it to the dealership who wouldn’t replace the battery without keeping it to test it. Whole load of grief over a brand new car, badly handled and poor customer service.

The worst people to buy from. Total cowboys and liars. Wouldn’t buy a car just for spare parts from here. Cars aren’t checked before sale and mechanics are amateurs. Cars are driven round the yard by uninsured apprentices with provisional licenses!!!! Stay away at all costs don’t even browse the website!!!

Arnold Clarke Greenock. Took a three year old car in for its MOT. On collection I was told it had failed. Worn track rod end. I had a look at the mot report..the mechanic had ticked the track rod as ok. Someone had scored that out in a different coloured pen ! I took the car to my local dealer who passed the car and was happy with the track rod ends. An obvious conn by Arnold Clarke to get more business by falsifying the mot certificate ..crooks.

Bought a one-year old Mercedes at Arnold Clark Inverness in Feb 2021. In the first week of ownership there were some minor issues needing resolving. We live near Aberdeen, so dealt with local Arnold Clark Aberdeen to fix the issues - absolute nightmare. On returning our car after they took it to fix the rear camera, the car was covered in scratches. Clearly they had 'washed' the car with a soiled brush or sponge, or something like that. I would not recommend aRNOLD Clark; their service is diabolical, and certainly not representative of the Mercedes marque. We will be getting out serviced etc in Edinburgh/Glasgow from now on - a bit of a jaunt from Aberdeen area, but worth it to avoid Arnold Clark.

The absolute worst company on earth... And I have virgin media!!! Do you know they have a "private policy" to sell you a car and then never to honour any guarantee issues... They appear all professiona but they are the worst cowboys ever... I'd be glad to buy a car from "Arthur daly" than that bunch of crooks!!!!!

I understand that during the Covid pandemic things have changed, but when you arrange to collect your car at a set time you would not expect to be waiting outside in the cold for 25 minutes for a member of staff to arrive. I sent numerous emails which were never answered the videos that were sent to view the car were absolute rubbish, disjointed and a very low quality. If I had not wanted the car, I would have walked away but rest assured I will never buy from Arnold Clark again.

bought car in 2019 along with a sevice plan for two services. After second service checked with seat to make sure services had been recorded. They had not , got in touch with arnold clarke to ask why not and they said they could not access Seat online sevice .Not informed of this when purchasing service plan would have taken car to Seat for servicing.

Arnold Clark Toyota Bishopbriggs gave a horrible MOT and Servicing. Car wash was included but they didn't even clean it. Old dirt markings still there, carpet wasn't vacuumed, and they put an air fresher but they've put the wrappings inside my compartment.

The most friendly, professional staff I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no pressure to buy just good honest advice from all team members. (Wednesfield branch) 100 per cent recommendation. Jo

I was advised I was on a HP contract with no final payment. I digitally signed this agreement, once my term came up there was a final payment. having no final payment was my only requirement when I bought the car I triple checked this at the time with the salesman and he assured me this wouldn't happen. The company also gave me 2 free services with the purchase of my car and wouldn't provide me with my second free service as I "missed the date" a date that I had never been provided. Arnold Clark also told me my car hadn't had any previous damage, after looking at the frame of my passenger door I noticed a small drill hole, when I asked what had happened they told me it was part of a repair from previous damage to the car. when confronting Arnold Clark they fob you off and provide no help. I will never deal with Arnold Clark again, they are scam artists with a big name.

I bought a car at Arnold Crook & got the service plan as well. Took car in for its first service & was told my Track Rod End was worn so I purchased the part & got a family member to replace the part who informed me that the Track Rod End was not worn, this was confirmed by three other independent mechanics & also had an engineers report done as well. During this time I was an employee of Arnold Crook. Apparently this is common practice within the company & even has a term for it which is called “hitting the car up” I was told this by an area manager & I complained to the Managing Director Eddie Hawthorne & surprise surprise I was fired about six months later. I would advise everyone to avoid Arnold Crook unless you don’t mind being ripped off for your hard earned money
