“Excellent coffee at fair prices.”

“I was initially drawn to Artizan's espresso due to its organic, fair trade, and compostable qualities, hoping it would become my new favorite. However, after trying several varieties of both regular and decaf, I was deeply disappointed. The espresso consistently lacked depth and flavor, leaving it watery and practically undrinkable. I reached out to their customer service team seeking a refund and to return the unused portion of my order, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and provided no viable solutions. In comparison to other espresso brands I've tried, Artizan fell far short in both taste and customer service. For these reasons, I cannot recommend their espresso to others and will not be buying from them again myself.”

“Customer service on the phone was friendly. The coffee maker I ordered arrived quickly and is exactly as described. The only tiny quibble: they said a free sample of their coffee would be included, and it wasn't. Still entirely satisfied.”

“I wanted to love this coffee because their sustainable practices are wonderful. But oh my goodness this coffee does not taste good. I tried around 4 different kinds and didn’t find one that tasted good. Super bummed!”

“I called you and emailed IMMEDIATELY after placing my order - because I saw that you had an automatic address which is invalid. No one ever got back to me, so I will never get my coffee. A waste of time and $$$.”
