“Customer service on the phone was friendly. The coffee maker I ordered arrived quickly and is exactly as described. The only tiny quibble: they said a free sample of their coffee would be included, and it wasn't. Still entirely satisfied.”

“I wanted to love this coffee because their sustainable practices are wonderful. But oh my goodness this coffee does not taste good. I tried around 4 different kinds and didn’t find one that tasted good. Super bummed!”

“I called you and emailed IMMEDIATELY after placing my order - because I saw that you had an automatic address which is invalid. No one ever got back to me, so I will never get my coffee. A waste of time and $$$.”

“Well in the quest for an organic lifestyle, why not include that morning ritual of a cup of coffee. Artizan Coffee has the array of vaireties that alow me to hit the espresso for that fast start or linger with a Guatamala Lungo. With selection from around the world, I find my self feeling like I am tasting a tour book.”

“Like many, or maybe most, espresso capsule users, I started off with Nespresson capsules. Over time, however, I became disenchanted not only with the aluminum capsules, but with the coffee itself. I started looking for alternatives, and my search eventually led me to Artizan. I am now a subscriber. The capsules are biodegradable, so I no longer feel guilty about not recycling them, and the coffee is infinitely more to my taste than anything marketed by Nespresso. If Artizan's coffee doesn't change, I'm likely to keep drinking it forever.”
