“I LOVED cuba mia! It is exactly what I was looking for. The flavors are delicious and perfect for my morning cup of coffee. And my favorite part is that I can enjoy my cup of coffee, knowing that it’s free from pesticides and mold, like a lot of other coffee companies. I will definitely continue to buy from here. I am very impressed with the coffee quality standards and purity!”

“I had ordered, on line, 7 sleeves of pods for Nespresso machine. The very next day i was informed by Nespresso personnel that your pods will ruin the programming of my machine and not to use it. I assumed it was just a ‘bad mouthing’ the competition remark so i called your office to verify. Your personnel confirmed that it will not work on my machine. This was verified after they got my serial number of the nespresso machine and a photo of it. Your personnel confirmed that the delonghi lattisma machine is the only machine that it will not work with. They would not cancel the order and told me to refuse the package and not to take delivery. Unfortunately the ups person left it on my front door w/o informing me. It took (one named Hans in your org) to tell me he cannot help me and refused to accept return. I have not opened the package and is in its original box and completely sealed. On a follow up call i asked for you and i was on hold for about 45 mins and nobody came to the phone. As sich i am disputing your charge and i want to accuse you of FALSE ADVERTISING. Your message clearly states that your pods are compatible with the Nespresso machine.”

Artizan capsules are specifically designed to work in the following Nespresso OriginalLine coffee machines: Delonghi C190, D290, Citiz, CitiZ&Milk, Maestria, U, Le Cube, Inissia, Latissima Plus, Latissima Pro, Latissima Touch, Lattissima One, Pixie, KitchenAid, Prodigio, Expert, Essenza Mini, Creatista, Creatista Uno, and Creatista Plus. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on food items. Per our return policy: www.artizancoffee.com/return-policy CONSUMABLES POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL As per our return policy, Artizan Coffee does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind on any food products offered for sale on our website or on any third-party marketplace. “I am a huge fan of Artizan. Here you can get delicious organic coffee and if you want it decaffeinated, it is with the Swiss-water method, simply the best. My orders are always shipped within 2hrs if not even quicker, delivery is a little long but it is only because I choose the free, standard delivery. Not a big deal at all, I know I will re-order coffee so I plan just a week ahead of running out of coffee and it is perfect. Highly recommend.”

“For me, the 100% Colombian nespresso pod makes a perfect lungo. Full bodied, rich, well-rounded, not bitter, but smooth. The crema is really nice. I make the lungo with De'Longhi Nespresso CitiZ with no milk, no sugar, just coffee.”

“Artizan Coffee is the only coffee that I will purchase in "nespresso" pods. They are biodegradable pods as well as organic and very tasty coffee. This is any amazing convenience item that Artizan makes for consumers. I am so grateful to them for such a great product as well as environmentally friendly.”

“Love their clean processes for making the coffee. So much healthier than Nespresso pods & most others on the market. The 2 things they need to improve on: 1. How long it takes to receive my order. 2. Label the exterior of the pods. Especially the decaf ones!”

“Excellent espresso. I think I’ve tried all the varieties and flavors by now. I like smooth, balanced flavors and my faves are Heavenly Project (9/10), Guatemala single origin (10/10), and hazelnut (the only organic hazelnut pod I’ve found online). On the flip side, I didn’t like the caramel (maybe too artificial tasting?) or dark chocolate (maybe also too artificial? Smells like chocolate scratch-and-sniff stickers from I was a kid). I love the compostable pods, but am looking forward to when they can be individually labeled to identify the variety/flavor (right now all the pods are identical, so if you mix and store them in a container outside the box you won’t know which is which). I spoke with Artizan about the labeling and they said they’re trying to figure out how to individualize it, since there are printing limitations with the compostable pods. I love that they’re organic and am happy with the variety of choices.”

“They had a coffee I thought was fully out of stock so we are so excited to find a source for it again. Shipping was fast. I do wish there was a way to mix subscriptions with straight purchases. We had to divide our order when it could have been one single order. But we are very pleased with the coffee and the shipping time!”
