“Coffee came very quickly and we like the taste fine. We especially like that the pods are compostable.”

“Had my first purchase of Artizan Coffee (*White Rhino). I liked it. I also had the Decaf Blend, and it was also good. I’ll be purchasing from Artizan from here on because the coffee is organic. Nespresso does not say that their coffee is organic, but fair-trade on a few selections at best.”

“Coffee grinds in my cup Everytime I use your pods, no crema, and no response from my attempted communication with your company. Update: Thank you for the quick response and offer to a full refund. Even though I don't like your product doesn't mean I don't like your professionalism. This is all to rare. Thank you”

“The CUBA MIA is very nice - I use it in my espresso machine. Makes a great cup. I do not think much of the delivery service (USPS) - they just dumped my package out at my (opened) gate raher then bringing it to my doorstep. Also, seems like it took longer then it should've to move a package from south Florida to north Florida.”

“Customer service excellent. Website excellent. Packaging excellent. Choices of coffee excellent. Really like that the coffee is genuinely organic. Flavor very nice. Pricing fantastic (especially compared to Nespresso!) I'm just not sure I like the texture of the coffee that results...yes, texture: the granules in the capsule (or whatever) don't seem to dissolve as completely as the regular Nespresso capsules. The resulting coffee has a bit of a rustic "mouth feel", like cowboy coffee. That may appeal to many people, I guess I'm not just one of them! I also wish that Artizan had a dedicated recycling service as Nespresso does. It's kind of a PIA to empty the capsules as suggested before putting them in the recycling bin.”

“The flavor of the coffee is great and I love that their pods are biodegradable and the coffee is organic. The only issue I have is that the pods crack and get stuck in the Nespresso machines (the ones that are said to be compatible), although I can easily remove them after they get stuck. The other issue is that water that should be going into the cup through the machine (with the lohngo button) gets dispensed with the pod into the used pod tray and it easily overflows. A lot of water waste that doesn't happen with Nespresso pods.”

“The taste is good and feels organic however the frothing is not as good as nespresso pods. It also feels like it is more watery which is dissapointing because I like dark coffee.”

“The Crema Is about half of what we we get from an original Nespresso pod, however some very good flavor. We have had one pod fail completely leaving me with a be mess to clean up. Response from customer service was very good and in a decent amount of time.”

“Very good idea. Implementation improving. Capsules cumbersome to compost. Capsules look cheap. Would be great if coffee were Rainforest Alliance certified. Would love true Lungo options: White Rino too thin at Lungo size.”

“Love that these are biodegradable (my #1 reason for ordering)! I just started using these and they work pretty well and taste great. The pods tend to cause more leaks into the bottom of my Nespresso, but it's not too difficult to dump/clean up.”

“Coffee Tastes good, capsules aren’t that compatible to nespresso machine.......a few I had to get out with a tool and they stick. But I love that everything is organic, fair trade and compostable. I will buy again.”
