“They smell amazing and taste even better. I love that they are freshly grounded and made just for us! My only dislike is the ability for them to not be more" sealed" so I can put them in my capsule holder on the counter. If I put them in there the entire house smells like coffee, which isn't a bad thing, I love the smell of coffee however I feel they won't be as fresh or stay as fresh for a long time.”

“We really enjoy Artizan's fair trade coffees. We wanted to find a Nespresso alternative that was compostable, fair trade, and fairly good. To our surprise, this was actually quite difficult until we found Artizan.”

“My daughter recommended this organic coffee to me a couple of years ago. I was immediately hooked. I’ve tried different types of the coffee like organic Colombia- a favorite, organic Sumatra, now I’m loving the new organic Hemp coffee and the organic Mushroom coffee!”

“There was a glitch in the website showing the caffeinated coffee when filtered with decaf and I ordered a caffeinated one by accident, the support didn't argue and sent me the coffee I wanted. This is the type of service that can be an example for other companies.”

“09-05-2024 Ordered and paid in full for the roasted bean color degree analyzer 3 days ago, when they showed the item to be in stock on their website. Did not receive any shipment information from Artizan Coffee. When I inquired about the status of my order and its shipment, someone by the name of "Lovely" without any explanation just canceled my purchase and decided to refund and credit back the paid amount. Just like that. Very inconsiderate and untrustable. It was a disappointing experience this time around, as their returning customer. I reached out to Julio, at Artizan Coffee as his contact name and email address was listed on the factory (located in Taiwan) list of distributors for US market in Florida. I am not sure if he is the owner of Artizan coffee or what position he holds in that company, but he also failed to respond to my email as well. When I did an inquiry so he could look into the matter ( order # 93366) and reported this matter. Again, very disappointed and total waste of time and energy. Under current circumstances other distributors should be considered due to their poor service and no follow-ups. For this transaction and at this time, I give them a 0 out of 10. Period! M. Oskoui”
