“The coffee I order is sometimes substandard (Mexican Lungo Decaf) Also the company charges my credit card for subscription orders that don’t even ship within a week I would go elsewhere except I haven’t found a decaf organic suitable, yet”

“I love Artizan coffee! I have enjoyed tasting the various roasts and I appreciate that they have different strengths as well as decaf. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is bc I wish delivery was faster. I always have to factor in approx. 1.5 - 2 weeks to receive the pods. In a day and age where you can get most anything delivered overnight, I am surprised shipping isn't faster. I will still order from Artizen but would appreciate a more convenient and timely delivery service in the future.”

“AMAZING customer service!! I forget the name of the gentleman at the store that helped me decide which coffee to purchase but, he was knowledgeable and extremely friendly which makes me want to do business with Artizan!! Love that there is an actual human that answers the phone rather than an automated helper!!!! Will do business for that alone with this company:) Thank you!!”

“I have found Artizan coffee to be not only delicious, but more consistent in flavor than Nespresso coffee. I will only buy Artizan capsules from now on. I am so glad that I can compost the capsules and that the coffee is organic.”

“I was very pleased with my recent purchase of organic flavored coffee. I was looking for a replacement - moving away from Nespresso. Number 1 reason why I wanted to drop Nespresso - WOKE. I will not support or spend my money they pushes that agenda.”
