“I ordered some Artizan coffee, original Nespresso compatible capsules. I was intrigued by the peppermint and dark chocolate offerings. I was mildly disappointed by both of them. Both flavors were so 'subtle' as to be almost indistinguishable from an unflavored blend. I didn't expect a 'Keurig level' of artificial flavor, but I did think I would be able taste them with my 'untrained' palate. The ESE decaf pods I bought were good; I would buy them again. As for the others, not worth my while.”

“I started the journey for a malfunctioning roaster in June. I only now have it back. They found no issue and I'm frustrated. Even if I answer an email from them within the hour it is DAYS if not weeks before they write back. I loathe dealing with them”

“I am very pleased with their coffee and very surprised. I have used original Nespresso capsules for almost 2 decades and have tried other capsules and have not been satisfied recently. I realized that they advertise their coffee as hundred percent organic and water processed. I was intrigued I ordered four different flavors to check it out. My favorite of the two is Costa Rica and Cuban. I like a strong intense coffee, but not with any overwhelming bitterness. These two are my favorite I also ordered the stout which is a nice coffee good flavor but not quite as strong as the first two and I also ordered the Colombian. The Colombian is softer and milder. It is not a wheat coffee. It's just more for someone who doesn't want that intense intense so I serve that to my guest. I was so surprised that I liked the coffee so much that I will be ordering more. I haven't checked enough to see if they have any kind of special subscription deals, but whether they do or not, I'm going to order more today. It took a little longer to get to me than I had hoped but let me see what happens with the second order because since I had ordered at least six boxes I should have enough till my next order arrives. I also am happy. I don't have to go and take my used capsules to UPS because those bags would sit in my car sometimes for days before I got there. I had one suggestion these capsules have no kind of identification and when I contacted the company they explained they had not found a way to colorcode them that was organic, but they were looking into it. I really appreciate that. I got a personal response from this company. I intend to continue to use this company as long as they're route. I really appreciate their coffee.”
