“White Rhino was undrinkable. I also noticed that the plastic capsules are causing my Nespresso machine to emit more water than a Nespresso capsule does after it’s brewed”

The team at Artizan Coffee works hard to offer our customers the best organic alternative to Nespresso® and we are disappointed that your experience was less than amazing. We know that no coffee can be the right fit for everyone, so we'd like to learn more about your specific situation and discuss options of how we can make this right for you, whether it be by issuing a refund, sending replacements or troubleshooting the issue with you. You should know that our blends are constantly changing due to factors such as customer feedback such as yours so it's likely that our White Rhino blend has a different flavor today vs a week ago. “pods do not work most of the time. clear water comes out. poor customer service when reported problem. they blamed machine but machine works perfectly with nespresso brand.”
