“According to their website, my shipment info sent to Fedex Aug 13. Dropped off at Walgreens Aug 17. On Aug 24, it's still not here. If it arrives tomorrow Aug 25, then it's 12 days for shipment. I”

“I love this coffee! It tastes great, and I'm very happy that it is organic. It's difficult to find organic Nespresso pods. I always receive my orders in a timely fashion as well.”

“I had a problem with an online order and called them and they took care of it right away. Also offered me some additional information on what they were testing for in their coffee. Great service!! And great coffee!!”

“truly compatible and coffee better than most I quite like Artizan's White Rhino blend. It's a little bit less of a severe roast than many Nespresso compatible capsules are, and tastes quite good. I've ordered most Nespresso-compatible pods available on Amazon, and out of more than a dozen varieties, White Rhino (I've ordered it in other sizes as well - the one with 30 White Rhino pods and 30 Cuba Mia) disappears from my cupboard faster than all but one other coffee. It's a very nice change from most Nespresso and Nespresso-compatible capsule blends, and can be used to make espresso based drinks without a problem. :)”

“I have been a loyal Nespresso customer for years and like many others, disappointed when they dropped their Decaf Lungo. I searched the web for an acceptable alternative and landed on Artizan’s Decaf Sumatra Lungo. I ordered 7 sleeves. When my package arrived I quickly noticed that the word “Lungo” doesn’t appear anywhere - not on the packing slip, not on the box containing the capsules, and definitely not on the capsules. I tried the coffee, brewing it as a Lungo, and was not impressed. So I called Customer Service multiple times, could only leave a message, asking my question about whether or not this is a true Lungo. No one has returned my call. Having been in the coffee business for 13 years, I know the value of good customer service. I will keep my 7 sleeves, but I will not be an Artizan customer.”

“This coffee is first-rate. I tried the Ethiopian and the Cuban and these were far and away better than anything I've tried through the original manufacturer of the machine I'm using. The pods are slightly too small and tend to drop through but the quality of the coffee is worth the slight hassle. I was also not thrilled with the cost of shipping and provided that feedback to the Artizan folks - I didn't actually expect a reply but Julio responded and explained the rationale (which seemed fair enough).”
