“I liked their coffee quite a bit. Their customer service was attentive and always responded. My only issue is that I bought a coffee machine and they didn't have it in stock. It took about a month to receive and arrived broken so I then had to go through Bonavita for a return which took even longer.I do like the free bag of coffee they have me though. Would definitely try their coffee again.”

“I have been looking for a Nespresso pod that was biodegradable, but also contains good coffee. After many attempts, I finally found the answer. Artizan Coffe is excellent- I got a variety of blends - and the capsules are sturdy and work great. I am very happy.”

“Before we purchased a Nespresso machine, we wanted to make sure there were capsules out there that were compostable, biodegradable, and mycotoxin-free. Sure enough, we found Artisan! Their coffee is delicious and exactly what we were looking for.”

“I started purchasing your coffee because Nespresso doesn't carry decaf lungos. I was happy to learn that you have a good variety and in my first purchase, I bought each decaf lungos that you carry. However, the differences between the varieties are minimal, all the more so since all are of average intensity with the result that to me the differences are barely discernible. Furthermore, since you don't color-code the capsules, so I cannot select from the container in which I hold the capsules. Disappointing, I have to say. But not impossible to fix, don't you think?”

“I love this coffee company. I don’t buy from Anyone else. The service is great and the coffee is very good. I love using the subscription service so I never run out of these delicious little capsules. It’s so helpful to have the acidity ratings, as well As the other characteristics.
