Absolutely appalling Service booked a tyre fitting and was told to have car at Garage before 0830 arrived on time to find tyre had not been delivered but asked to wait as it may be on its way. I had moved meetings and arranged time off work to deal with this matter as i has quite a journey to undertake and didn't fancy doing it on a space saver. tyre never arrived spoke to ASDA customer Service to be told they only use ASDAs name and are nothing to do with them. The garage had another tyre but it was £40 ponds more expensive when I told this to the operator I was just told read the small print we don't guarantee anything. Appalling service and appalling customer service this must be Brand damaging for ASDA

Firstly Customer Service is appalling. I was on hold before the call was answered for in excess of 10mins each time. Secondly, they book you into a garage without checking the availability with the garage. Lastly, the tyre that I received was not as expected as there was missing information on the website and Asda refused to do anything about it. After a few 'don't knows', being put on hold, being directed back to the fitter and a couple of unanswered emails...I am now £288 out of pocket without even so much as the offer of an exchange. Absolutely disgusted.

ordered asda tyre. it is been 3 days. last 2 days i been to fitter to get it done. each time fitter said tyres nit arrived. if it is delayed they should show some manners to let me know. they have my number email id everything. until this moment i have no clue where my tyres are . emailed called, online messaged, still no response at all. ridiculous

What an absolute disgrace these people are to the human society. I had a punctured tyre due to driving over a dangerous pothole on the M11. I ordered a tyre from Asda Tyres with mobile fitting. I was not only delivered the incorrect tyre model but mobile fitting (Essex Mobile Tyres) damaged my alloy and did not balance the wheel! I asked the fitter to remove the tyre, but he refused. And then he has the audacity to tell Asda Tyres that I was happy with the tyre and fitting. Straight after the fitting, I made a complaint to Asda Tyres after numerous telephone calls and E-Mails with photos clearly showing the tyre model sent and the damage caused, but they disagreed with my complaint. They do not accept the fact that they delivered a complete different tyre to the one that I ordered. I ordered a Bridgestone Potenza, but I was sent a Bridgestone Turanza Eco which is half the price of the tyre that I brought. Thankfully I had called to ask for a document receipt the day I had ordered the tyre! I offered them two options; to either give me a full refund, or to deliver the correct tyre but they refused both. I have contacted my bank and this will be fully investigated. For sure I will be given my money back with the support of my bank as I have strong evidence to support my claim. I will also be making a complaint to Financial Ombudsman Service for the trouble and upset caused. I am not to take anything further with my alloy being damaged as I need a new alloy because my alloy is buckled due to the incident that happened on the M11. But this is a lesson learnt to go to a professional even with the simplest thing. If you are in the right and they refuse a refund, go straight to your bank with evidence as they have the power to take the money back off of them! Stand for your rights!

Appalling service - when I arrived at the garage to have my tyre fitted, the tyre hadn't arrived and the garage told me their tyre machine had broken. They'd informed Asda Tyres about this several days earlier. Asda didn't contact me to tell me the booking couldn't happen. I spent over 30 mins on hold with Asda Tyre trying to resolve the problem. They refused to send out another tyre or book a new appointment. Later that day, the tyre arrived, but Asda Tyre were awkward about letting me collect the tyre and take it elsewhere to be fitted. When I complained, I received an officious email telling me there's small print that tells me they might not deliver / fit the tyre on time! Go to Black Circles instead - better service all round! A joke of a company. Paid for tyres, made appointment, they didn't have them to send to the garage. Had to chase the confirmation and they still didn't say anything. They are not ASDA they are colewood-automotive using ASDAs name. Both should be ashamed.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. Absolutely shocking company,Ordered tyres on line, booked appointment at local fitter arrived for fitting no tyres delivered, advised by fitters to contact Asda direct told me not there problem,unable to do anything or give a definitive date for fitting . Told me if I cancelled order would take 10 day's for refund very rude and nasty customer service representative Sophie. Refused me speaking to a manager or escalate my complaint ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Message to management team your business will be non existent if you don't address your problems, customers return if they get a good service,never use you again or recommend you to others if you give a bad service like I and by reading your reviews many others have had.

Would have selected '0' stars if possible. Like many others below, garage did not have my tyres upon arrival - and I had travelled 40 minutes to the garage as Asda Tyres offered the soonest available fitting. The garage didn't even realise my tyres hadn't arrived until 45 minutes after I arrived, having already removed my tyres from my alloys. Asda Tyres barely apologised on the phone for not having notified us of the failed delivery, asked me to send an email documenting my complaint and then - ONE MONTH LATER - respond to the email to say they couldn't discuss with me as my name was not on the order - despite the numerous phone-calls I'd already had with them about this. Appalling; no offer of compensation for my journey or time, no goodwill gestures - will surely never use this company again.

Used this service was exceptionally great only had to travel 0.5miles to get fitted guys were friendly and had tyres off and on in ultra quick time will definitely use this service again

Absolutely terrible. Asda DO NOT send the booking to the garage. The garage will have no idea about your booking until you arrive. And there's a decent chance they will not have availability. Calling Asda Tyres for a refund, they are rude as heck, school leavers with attitude. No apologies or explanation at all. "That's just the way it is".

Booked an appointment for 4 new tyres online and paid in full over £1000. I arrived at the appointed fitting centre on the day and they had no record of me at all. They went to check if the tyres had in fact arrived and they hadn’t. The fitting company called Asda Tyres and they were told the tyres were out of stock. When asked why the customer (me) had not been informed of this, the Asda tyres worker gave a lot of attitude. I was put on the phone after 10 minutes and they told me the tyres had never been in stock and I had to choose another model to be fitted on another day. I refused and told them to refund me. Wasted my time and the time of the fitting shop. Dreadful service.

Just to echo the sentiments of virtually every other review here, dealing with this company is just a thoroughly miserable experience from start to finish. It is now more than four months since I first raised the issue of a defective three-month-old tyre and still they cannot tell me when this will be resolved. They can take 30 minutes to answer the phone, routinely ignore emails and are full of empty promises. One operator even claimed he had no possible way of contacting his own line manager - not even via a Post It note pinned to his desk even though they worked out of the same office. This has little or nothing to do with Asda the supermarket chain, it's just a licensed tinpot company working out of Stockton On Tees that is simply crumbling under the strain of the job. Do not, whatever you do, choose Asda Tyres - pay the extra 10 per cent to use your local fitter who at least offers a little peace of mind.

Customer service is non existent. Avoid this company. Have sent emails nobody ever responds. Have tried phoning over 40 times nobody ever answers the phone. Simply useless.

Used on line mobile fitting service with Asda, given date , told to contact fitter for time on date, did so was told he would phone on morning of fitting , never heard from him , phoned Asda after three times of trying, Was told fitter broke arm . that is why they never got round to me, next after another number of attempts to get through , emailed them , eventually got a reply stating it was a arm on the fitting machine that was broken not the fitters arm, then informed it would be the middle of January before fitting could take place, cancelled the tyres , ,, it is truly the worst company in my life to deal ill cant get my money back ,PayPal is now trying but being ignored by Asda, , I think i will contact Police as this is a case of fraud, taking your money .,not delivering the goods .or returning your money, Prospective customers Please dont use this company,

Can I give zero stars, as that was my experience with asda tyres, what a diabolical service, tyres never arrived twice, costing me money having to take time of work to have them fitted, refund never arrived leaving me over 800 pounds down with no car. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Ordered tyres on Wednesday, with a fitting date on Friday 10:30 through Asda tyres. Got an email confirmation. Went to the fitters Friday 10:25, fitter shrugged his shoulders and said “I know nothing about this and the tyres haven’t been delivered. If they get delivered I’ll call your mobile if it’s on the order, but just go home and give Asda tyres a call”. Asda tyres account wasn’t working, saying I needed to register my email, but when I register it said it wasn’t activated but already existed, when I asked to send the activation link I again it said an error had occurred. Activation email just took me to the login screen again and repeated what I’ve just said. First call no answer after 20mins, email sent (no reply). Twitter DM sent to Asda customer services (no reply) second call no answer. Third call Liam answered after 15mins, very polite, very apologetic about the telephone wait, apologetic to my situation, looked into my order and said unfortunately there was a message off their supplier saying the tyre was out of stock. They could book another tyre to be fitted but it would be after Christmas, or he could refund. I chose to refund. Checked my email inbox again and found only the order confirmation, nothing from Asda tyres to say my order was out of stock. 40mins of driving to the fitter and back wasted. I would not recommend Asda tyres to anybody.

Like many other reviews Asda have let me down and I cannot believe how bad they are. Ordered a tyre thru Asda Tyres and booked it in, attended and fitter says his diary full and can’t do it for a week. Foolishly this is the second time Asda Tyres have done this and on both occasions Asda tyres made no attempt to communicate that the fitter couldn’t honour the appt. The tyre was urgent so I called a local independent who fitted me in that day, the cost was a few pounds more but I received proper service. Regarding the refund the tyre was ordered on the 10th, cancelled on the 12th and refund of payment still not received 10 days later. I called and was put on hold for 30 mins on the 22nd to be advised payment will still take 72 hours. Emailed customer services on 23rd to lodge formal complaint and they advised will still be 72 hours. Terrible service for such a simple process.

My experience with Asda tyres was appalling. First appointment they contacted me the night before by email to tell me it was cancelled, they then made a second appointment which I drove to in the snow only for the tyres not to have turned up at the fitters. Each time I have struggled to get through on the phone to them, often waiting over 40 mins on hold. Eventually took me several emails and calls and about to 2 weeks to get my money refunded. Couldnt really call my interaction with them a service, more of an inconvenience and a cost for nothing. They are very quick to take your money for a service that they have no chance of fulfilling. Then very difficult to get your money back. I will never be using them again.

No tyres arrived to be put on my car had to arrange for other tyres at a extra £180, have tried for 5 days to get someone to sort this out email, support horus on the phone and twitter. Next stop trading standards!!! Avoid at all costs

1 week later no tyre and tried to call, on "hold" for over an hour each time, email Asda and they keep directing you back to Asda Tyres!!!!
