“Beautiful teak table and beautiful kamado grill. Came within a week of ordering, packaged well and in perfect condition. Easy to unpack and to set up, and had me cranking out my first meal within an hour. The kamado grill is amazing and I’ve already made 4 meals off of it and only had it for over a week, 3 smokes and 1 grilling session, makes cooking outside an event rather than a chore, and the setup looks clutch in our backyard space, couldn’t be happier, love it!”

“I ordered a grate for a firepit. It is very sturdy and well made. I would not order from you again however because of your return policies. The grate was great but not what my son wanted. I started the return process, was concerned to learn it had to be returned within 30 days. I started the process well within that time frame and was reassured by your technician that I would be fine because I had started it in time. My complaint is not with Marion, your technician. She did a good job. It is with how incredibly cumbersome your return process is. I didn't mind having to photograph the grate to insure it was in good condition. I didn't mind having to photograph it packaged up to insure I packaged it adequately. I did resent how long i had to wait for the return # only to find out it had to go INSIDE the package. So I had to unwarp it to include the return slip. My second complaint has to do with the restocking fee of 20%. So of the $117 I paid for this grate, minus the approx $20 restocking fee on the cost of the grate, minus the shipping charge of $32, I would only get $46 back. That is assuming this unused grate passed your inspection process. Frankly, it is not worth it to me. I won't be returning it. At our farm, we need a grate to cover our trickle tube in our pond. It is a waste of a good quality grate, but since I'm only going to get $46 back, that is what I intend to do. Please keep in mind that your are competing against Amazon. True, I am sure Amazon quality is no where near your quality, but people have gotten used to a hassle free return process. Returns are free and easy with Amazon. With other companies you may have to pay return postage but not a restocking fee. That resoticking fee & the fact that I had to wait for a very special piece of paper with a code on it that has to go INSIDE the box after I've been asked to photograph the packing job I've done, and reopen the package. It's all too much. I won't be giving your company a good review.”

“The fire cauldron is amazing. We've used it twice for an evening fire and once for grilling. In both cases, it was excellent. The ONLY note I could say is that the gauge on the chain holding the bowl is a bit small, causing it to lay oddly from the stand's hook. This is extremely minor and doesn't interrupt anything. Highly recommended.”

“A big thank you to Miranda for looking after me, my daughter and Granddaughter. My daughter bought a pair of denim shorts today which Miranda went to a great deal of trouble to find her size and style that would flatter her figure. My granddaughter bought the most divine crochet vest which is stunning. Whenever I visit E&A, Miranda is an absolute gem and is very helpful - I am 73! So many thanks and thank you to Skye for providing three generations with a wonderful shopping experience.”

“This self - feeding grate is Amazing! This is the biggest, hottest, easiest to start & keeping burning we’ve ever had! Our den - about 20’ X 15’ went from 64f to 70f. This was a great purchase! (pun unintentional, but perfect). I highly recommend this product and would absolutely buy again. I wish I could figure out how to add a picture- just a beautiful, blazing fire…”

“Delivery was on time. However, the packaging was torn and battered. I was afraid that the fire pit I had ordered would be damaged. Except for minor scrapes the fire pit appeared to be in good condition.”
